I had renewed my Marrow Plan C last week, and after the KYC verification, Marrow blocked my account without warning. On emailing their legal team, I was told that my AADHAR was edited and I was asked why an 'edited/forged' document was uploaded by me. Actually I got a mail 2 days back stating that they couldn't verify my documents which I was uploaded. I noticed this mail wn my account was blocked. Since then I was mailing them frequently in response i was just getting a ticket nmbr. Such platforms are necessary for evry medical student. I am a marrow plan c user, last renewed my plan on 24th August 2024 and valid upto 25th may 2025 for rupees 26, 999 only. Today my marrow account is showing a pop up claiming that my account has been suspended permanently. There was no prior notice and I have no idea what went wrong (if at all anything) from my side. I have neither shared my account nor tried to take any screen shot, I am not using a rooting or jailbroken device as per my best knowledge( it's my new phone I am using since july 2024), nor am I using a emulator. I have my INICET Exam on November 10th and just 15 days before the exam this mental harrasment without any explanation or notice is unacceptable. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
