Hello, 2 days ago I bought marrow subscription. I logged in from my laptop & my phone. It was only two devices. But my account suspended. Kindly help me out.

I Dr Unnimaya PS, a marrow plan c user for the past 9-10months and my plan is valid till August 2023. Yesterday they suddenly suspended my account when I was watching the video. I haven't done anything against their privacy policies. I have never shared my account credentials with anyone nor have I shared my account with anyone. I have been using just a single device till now for the marrow app. Despite doing nothing wrong they have blocked...

Please help me get unblocked, my marrow account got blocked for no reason and without warning.my exams are in 14 days....

Marrow has blocked my account without any reason, without prior notice or anything....

Plz help me 😭 I purchase my account on 1 Feb and after 3 day they block.

With due regards I would like to inform you that i am a marrow plan C user and recently i paid 43, 500 rupees for it & yesterday my marrow account has been suspended as i mistakenly tried using the app in laptop as it was uncomfortable to watch videos in phone. And without knowing that BlueStacks is an emulator i downloaded playstore there. All these was unintentional of me as i was not aware that BlueStacks is an emulator. I mailed them...

Marrow suspended my frnds account because we were sharing it...so they said that tell your partner to buy pro plan of marrow then only we will reactivate your account...so I buy marrow plan B ...now they suspended my account saying that I was using others account..my meet pg exam is 1 month apart and they are wasting my time..and also not responding to email.....

Marrow blocked me because one of my colleague who is a marrow plan b user took my I’d to see some sample revision video and he completely misguided me that 2 people can use a account and I believed him. I had updated my device through a beta update and it had maybe less secure - instantly marrow blocked my account.
Upon various email they have not been able to reply to me even within 24 hrs time frame which they said will do.

My marrow account got suspended by saying that i was violating the rules by sharing the account but i was not.

I wanted to use my marrow app on laptop and unknowingly tried to use it via BlueStacks after which immediately I got the suspension message.
I have already sent the mail regarding the same
I just wanna plead to get my account back as soon as possible, and for sure I will take care of the same next time....

I have been trying to contact them through email but they are not resolving my issue.

I am Plan C pro User of marrow, my account has been suspended for no valid reason.
I was following all the rules set by marrow team yet my account has been suspended without any know reason or cause or any prior notice.
This has caused lot of trouble and stress, even after sincerely obeying the rules, one have to go through this inconvenience both waste of time and money
There is also no way of reaching to legal team except via mails

I’m Dr Priya, recently bought marrow plan C for PG preparation .
Today I logged it on Laptop and tried to watch lectures but unable to see over laptop. So i searched through random browsing and unknowingly installed bleustack( emulator which i was unaware that is illegal?).
I installed it by mistake and when opened marrow app, immediately got message of account suspension.
I mailed twice but still not resumed account....

They have suspended my account - I’m already out of time and schedule for exam please help this is my last try ! Due to family have to give my best please help

I received my notes today on 12 October 20222.

I installed BlueStacks on my windows laptop so that i can start lectures on a bigger screen.

As soon as I log in my account got suspended.

Marrow has WITHOUT ANY WARNING blocked my account on 2nd October, 2022.

I am a plan C user of marrow registered under my mobile no [protected] / [protected]@gmail.com . Marrow blocked my account without any notice when I didn’t violate any terms and conditions . They are wasting my time and money. Tried reaching out to them but they have no direct on call associate but just emails. This is pure injustice and I want legal action against Marrow and it’s support team for making me lose time and money. The only thing I had was I was using marrow on my own devices which is allowed in marrow. I didn’t change my device also.

I am a marrow plan c user.i subscribed marrow on earlier in 2022 for college studying purpose….but on 12th September my account got suspended unexpectedly.i contacted Marrow team multiple times.They said me to wait.first they said me that, wait for 48-72 hrs..but its been more than a couple of days now..i couldnt open my account..i mailed them with my id, i called to the helpline number..but they are not giving me the correct solution ..always telling me to wait.. I was unaware emulator aren't supposed to be used...
Using marrow since Sept 2020..I have never shared my account with anyone never even attempted to take a screenshot or did any screen recording...already spent saving on my marrow...
I m totally tech unfriendly and didnot knew bluestack was an emulator.
I would never repeat this mistake again and sincerely request marrow team to un block my accounts are my exam in a month and marrow is my sole source of preparation.

I apologize for making the mistake unknowingly but there wasn't any wrong intention..I just opened in my laptop to simulate real exam and to avoid distraction..

As a frnd of mine, used my phone to login when his phone was tampered, the marrow leagl team blocked my device and not his . Just coz I don't have an active subscription.
I complained but no proper response from the team.
I can't use daily rounds app just because of that.
Neither I can subscribe to marrow as account doesn't open...
