With due regards I would like to inform you that i am a marrow plan C user and recently i paid 43, 500 rupees for it & yesterday my marrow account has been suspended as i mistakenly tried using the app in laptop as it was uncomfortable to watch videos in phone. And without knowing that BlueStacks is an emulator i downloaded playstore there. All these was unintentional of me as i was not aware that BlueStacks is an emulator. I mailed them twice but nonreply yet . I am very tensed, my money will be gone if they don't unblock it . I cannot afford to buy it again since i m not from a well to do family
I request you to kindly please reactivate my account .
Further, i will be careful while handling the account and not use any emulator.
