Marrow — My account is suspended due to kyc verification is not done

Hi I am using marrow recently and I don't know very much about their policies . They have asking for verification I'd and I have provided them with my college I'd and adhar card but they have blocked my account I have paid 50k for that and iam unable to use it please help me to unblock my account
