Complaint marked as Resolved I was so happy they were communicated via mails... I had issue regarding kyc verification. Actually I was uploaded all the documents but my fault was I changed my name on my account which I thought was username. So the documents I uploaded and the name was a mismatch so they blocked... They temporarily unblocked my account two hrs as I had a valid reason to change... Finally I changed my name to Original name and uploaded govt approved documents. Later legal team verified my docs and sent a mail that ur documents are successfully verified and then my account was unblocked.
