[Resolved]  Marrow — My marrow account suspended the day i subscribed to it

Today I made the payment for ₹11, 999 for a 6 month plan on Marrow.
I barely used it for 30 mins on my iPad.
Later when I logged into my account on the Marrow app on my iPhone, it said that my account has been suspended due to “REPEATED SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY”.
I am the only person using the account, and I susbscribed to Marrow only today and logged into my iPad and iPhone.
For what good reason did they suspend my account then?

3 days ago, I made a payment of ₹6, 999 to Marrow for a 3 month plan. After them accepting the payment, they even sent me a receipt on email saying the payment was successful. Yet, my plan was not activated.
When I spoke to Marro Support, they said that that plan has now been discontiued.
They said that the payment had failed and I’d get my refund in 5-7 days.
It’s been 3 days, I have not received my refund or even a message/email from Marrow saying that my refund has been initiated.
After all the suffering and time waste on my side, and after receiving a total payment of ₹18, 999, Marrow SUSPENDED my account, even when I have NOT violated their security policy?
Why does the consumer have to suffer always?
The exam for which I took the Marrow subscription is in 58 days. It has already been 3 days, and despite making payments after payments, I have not been able to use Marrow.
Now it will take maybe another week or longer for this issue to get sorted.
And my exam will hardly be a month away. What will I do with this 6 month yplan then if I don’t get to use it NOW when I need it the most?

I don’t want to use Marrow anymore, ever in my life. Their way of handling customers is abysmal. They are incompetent.
I just want my refund of ₹18, 999 ASAP.

The response from Marrow’s Legal Team was surprisingly quick. They asked me a couple of questions over email, and after I replied, they immediately unsuspended my account. The refund is still pending though, that stands unresolved.
