Maruti Suzuki — Complaint regarding non receipt of gold coin offer

I took delivery of the vehicle on 31.10.2014 since i was out of station for official engagement. I had paid all amounts in due time by transferring amount to their bank account. The representative informed me that the corporate offer and Gold coin amount will be directly given by company to the customer. So i paid the amount[protected] corporate offer and 5200 gold coin) to Indus on 31st October and took delivery.

On 13th December i have received Rs. 3000 as Corporate offer. On enquiry the representative informed that the Gold coin is not released by Maruti and requested t contact Maruti.

Please take necessary actions to release it at the earliest.

We request you to kindly send us the name, address and code of the Maruti Authorized dealer showroom from where you have booked your car along with any time frame committed (Verbally or Written) by the dealer to provide you the gold coin. This will help us to resolve your issue at the earliest.
