I have purchaged“Wagon R, vxi” No. MP 09 CS 5016 on 09.11.205 fromPatel Motors Pvt. Ltd., 428/3/3 Niranjanpur, A.B. Road, Indore-452001. 3. I have received the registration no. “MP 09 CS 5016.” Of my car 25 days earlier but till date I did not get the registration card.In want of registration card the RTO police is harassing me. In spite of having my own car I am paying taxi for going in and out of Indore city.When I contacted RTO section of Patel Motors Pvt. Ltd. Indore, I did not get satisfactory answer. Now to see my telephone no .RTO section of Patel Motors Pvt. Ltd. Indore does not lift the telephone.When I enquired about the dispatch of registration card by R.T.O, office of Indore I came to know that the cards of 50 series have been already dispatched except my registration card. My registration card is pending due to mistake committed by R.T.O section of Patel Motors Pvt. Ltd. Indore .By hearing the honesty and quick response of Maruti for any complain by customer I purchased carofMarutiCompany.I am sure after this request necessary action will be taken at your end and I will receive my registration card within a week.
