[Resolved] Matrix Cellular — Cheating and incorrect charges | |||||
I booked honeymoon package for Mauritius from Yatra.com but i dont know some how Matrix got this information and they start continuously calling me for SIM. His name is Deepak Sharma- [protected]. He called me and told that the incoming call is free and you will get a talktime of 300 value in 300rs. He hide all the charges from me. The matrix executive visited my house to sell the card and explained me that there is huge charges for data so please keep data off(He was nice person). However they generated the bill with call charge of rs. 150 per min. and bill of 2900 was generated which is increased to 9000rs in one month(GREAT MAN). Any calling rate wasn't explained to us by their executive at the time of selling the number. Otherwise i never took the SIM and not to refer anyone.
