[Resolved] Matrix Cellular — Wrong Bill | |||
I have bought a matrix SIM last month for Indonesia, as discussed with the agent only one bill was suppose to be generated which i had already paid last month. Now this month again an amount of Rs 683 has been deducted from my HDFC Bank Credit Card without my authorisation and this bill was not suppose to be there since as per the initial discussion with the agent there was only one bill for 10 days that i was travelling. Kindly get this fix asap and get the amount reverted back. Was this information helpful? | |||
