Matrix — Overcharged bill | |
I took matrix sim card with student plans for my 2 months US travel. Initially they told me call rates will be 45 cents per minute to India. When I got the bill it was charged like 89cents per minute. I got a huge bill of 19k. No response when I enquired regarding this. Was this information helpful? | |

This is a consistent problem with Matrix and they don't want to accept it as a problem.
