Sample was collected yesterday morning 8 O clock for UHID ML01300868

Package was booked on assurance of test report on the same day by the evening or latest by next day morning but Hemogram report is still pending.

Called in the morning but did not receive concrete response except the assurance that concern is being raised.

Will never book further tests with Max Lab

    On 10th-Jul-2021, I went to Max hospital, saket for vaccination (Covishield).
    Vaccination cost of one dose wase Rs 780/-, But Hospital charge two times from me.
    They told first transaction was failed, But when I consult to the bank, They told me that was successful transaction.

      I am voluntary donor who donates blood in Max patparganj regularly .Today I donated blood in Max patparganj hospital but they did not give me any receiving and card because I donated blood before three months of time period it happened because I have myth to donate blood that we can donate every month that's why staff got advantage to blame me that we will take legal action against you and got my sign on consent 6-7 times they were harassing me that's why I sign but today I donate blood and I did not get any card .It is my right to get receiving or card because I donate.

        In your MRI department at MAX Vaishali center, no protocol or sequence is followed, no records of customer sequence, who comes first.

        This causes unnecessary confusion and irritation to patient waiting .

        As in my case waiting to get my Daughter MRI test, and since 5 O'clock the time I summit my form till 6.30 pm I got a simple reply that ur number is third and will take another 1 to 1.5 hours to you.
        How is it possible that in 1.5 hr no person moves and now at 7 pm they called me, that too after having little argument.
        You can take it as a complaint or suggestion that at the places one should maintain register or a lot a number to patient to avoid argument between your technicians and patients

          On 14.06.2021 after Taking out Time from my Busy schedule I went for the Diagnostic test which is very critical as need to take treatment at the earliest, I was informed that the reports would be directly mailed within three days of Test i.e. 16.06.2021/17.06.2021 but it is almost one week I havent received my report. These people have charged 1850/- for the test and haven't shared it.

          After Calling several times in Max Hospital, The staff is not picking up the call and after responding yesterday they picked up the phone and Only two reports were shared which was given in jpg format, which is truly inappropriate. and told me that the blood has been clotted due to which the third test needs to be taken again for which I have to visit Max Hospital. The reports which were shared are attached for the reference.

          This is unacceptable. I am waiting for the reports from the last 3 days so that the treatment can be done and Max Employees are not even interested to inform the customer about the reports or or the update about the test. I am also attaching the report which were shared in Jpg Format in an inappropriate manner.

          You should at least inform the customer and give the update about the test. This is unethical. Would be waiting for your appropriate reply!

            My mother was admitted at max vaishali Ghaziabad, what I experienced at max was one of the worst experience you can compare it to government hospitals you are solely responsible for your patient there is no responsibility of nursing, in corona times even normal patient is taken for granted and treated like football. My mother was kept hungry when I asked them why they were not giving dinner they said she has endoscopy in morning but when I asked about fasting period before endoscopy none of the nursing staff had answers it was if some new staff has been enrolled who have least knowledge about any processes and diets to be given before them and timing. On my instance they gave dinner pretty late which meant it would cause discomfort in endoscopy. Nobody seems to care about patients in this hospital although you might be paying a lot of money but they are least bothered about you.

              My father Mr Praveen Bhatia ( [protected])is being treated for Colon cancer and is undergoing Chemo session, our experience so far has been pathetic. I’m not sure what’s wrong the attitude of your staff or your policies and protocols.

              1) It’s been 5 sessions and we have been waiting on a visit from an endocrinologist Dr Sujeet Jha, even though we are fine with paying whatever he doesn’t visit he sends people from his team who are always late and fail to explain things.

              2) It’s not just that the whole billing process is bogus the process starts at 8 these people don’t share the bill with TPA and it take hours and repeated follow ups.

              3)Now of a patient asks for something as small has coconut water they refuse and say we will have to pay, paying 40 bucks is no big deal for a patient paying in lakhs but how petty can you people be.

              4) The Quality of your food is pathetic, there are mosquitos and flies in Day care What are you people doing in these COVID times

              The worse experience ever, I hope you will look into the matter and do something about it! It’s sad how being in healthcare you people are so negligent of these this

                  I am a kidney donor from bihar. And for a month and a half (1 month 15 days) I am stopped for kidney transplant in Delhi Saket Max. All my tests have been completed and even the committee has been cleared. Yet the surgery date not given. It is becoming difficult to stay with the family in Delhi during this corona period. And financial problem is also happening in Delhi's inflation. Therefore, I humbly request to you that I should be pleased to solve my problem as quickly as possible. And please getting our kidney transplant surgery done by Anant Sir at the earliest. So that I will always be grateful to you.

                    There is no report of this test. Plus when I am trying to contact Manish, he is disconnecting the call, not replying to the messages and ignoring every means of contact. Please tell me is this the way Max treats it's customers in such a disgusting manner. I had an appointment with the doctor where i was supposed to carry the reports and I do not have any status on it apart from multiple reminders. I need the report in anywhich ways by today itself or else I am gonna report this matter to the consumer forum and the other higher authorities. I am so digusted and agitated with the third class services.

                        This is Nageshwar Sah husband of Mrs.Raman Devi, your former patient. Her Max Id is : SKCT.383576 /[protected]. She was diagnosed with Gall Stones and was to be operated at MSSSH, Saket and for the surgery - LAPROSCOPIC CHLOECYSTECTOMY, she was admitted on 9/4/2021.
                        With all the instructed tests and reports we reached there! however on 10/4/2021 at 12.30 AM one of the staff's wife probably of Dr. Saurabh Aggarwal or of Atul N.C Peters, threatend my wife and I by saying "SHE WONT LET THE TEAM OPERATE MY WIFE UNTIL I SHOW MY CORONA REPORT OF OROPHARYNGEAL SWAB". Now my first and foremost ACCUSATION is that DOCTORS MISGUIDED US. Dr.Atul NC said that we need not to present corona report other than the nasal swab and also he could "manage" the arrangements without it and hence as on doctors assuration we didnt go for oropharyngeal corona test and neither did he mention it in any test-to do slips. NOW ON VERY HIGH NOTES IM ASKING THAT IF THE TEAM HAD ADORED THAT - OROPHARYNGEAL CORONA TEST SO MUCH THEN WHY DIDNT THEY MENTION IT IN TEST TO DO SLIPS OF DATED 6/4/2021 . IN FACT THEY INSTRUCTED ANOTHER TESTS TO DO SLIPS ON 8/4/2021 NEITHER THERE THEY MENTIONED ABOUT ORO. CORONA TEST. NOW YOU, I ASSUME BEING A RATIONAL AUTHORITY, TELL ME WHERE SHOULD I HAVE GONE AT 12AM MIDNIGHT FOR THAT CORONA TEST THAT TOO ON THE DAY SHE WAS SUPPOSSED TO HE OPERATED.
                        After this when we naturally showed our concerns and disappointment to the staff and wanted to contact the same doctors, the very wife of one the doctors MISBEHAVED VERBALLY as well as THREATENED US. my question to you is, THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR PATIENT AND THEIR ATTENDANT? PATHETIC to even consider. Here one thing more we didnt know that your Hospital offers duplicate actors who talk to patients on behalf of doctor and disguised as doctors. the same happened with us. PA of Dr. Peter disguised at Peter himself talked to us over phone related our concerns while the doctor was coming through the hallway just in front of my eyes. Pretty Filmy?
                        next comes related DISCHARGE. After all that your staff had to "Threat" about, we being frustrated decided not to operate at your hospital. They discharged us at the note that "we willing wanted to leave" when clearly your staff 'FORCED US LEAVE BECAUSE OF YOUR HORRIBLE RESPONSE AND PATHETIC SERVICE.'
                        next comes about the REFUND. At the time of Admission an INVOICE SECURITY AMOUNT was deposited of RS.20, 000/-. NOW, THEY DONT UTTER A WORD ABOUT MY REFUND STATUS WHEN I INQUIRE!!! IF NOT THE BEST SERVICE OF YOU I ATLEAST AM ELIGIBLE FOR INQUIRY ABOUT MY DAMN MONEY AND WHEN I'LL BE RECEIVING MY MONEY????
                        I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED BY YOUR HORRIBLE SERVICES AND STAFF BEHAVIOR AND HENCE FOR THE SAME I'LL BE ATTACHING ONE COMPLAINT TO : CGHS CMO PRETTY SOON. NOT ONLY ABOUT THE YOUR SERVICES BUT ALSO ABOUT HOW YOU THUG PEOPLE AND LEAVE THEM TO DIE. ALSO, IN FUTURE IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO MY WIFE DUE TO GALL STONES AND RELATED I WILL FIRMLY HELD YOU, YOUR HOSPITAL AND THE SAME TEAM OF SURGEONS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE REASON OF IT.                           My patient was admitted in ICU, max SS hospital, Saket, Delhi.
                          On the day his urinary catheter was removed, he was still not ambulatory on his own.
                          At around 9pm, he had urge for urinating. And when he called the the nurse on duty, she was ignoring and did not attend to him. Unfortunately, he wet his bed . Still nobody attended him and after some half an hour, the nurse on duty attended rudely and roughly in anger.
                          Since he is on IV fluids, he had to pass urine again after an hour . Nobody attended to him this time too. He wet his bed again and until 8am in the morning, he had to lie in the wet beddings.
                          Action should be taken against such irresponsible egoistic nurses who could atleast call for attendant if she doesn’t want to clean the mess (which is her job to do).
                          Attendants wait entire day and night just to see their patient for 5-10 minutes .
                          This was very wrong and is completely intolerable.
                          Patients and relatives are spending so much time and money to get the best healthcare but such persons makes them suffer.
                          Action should be taken against that particular nurse on duty (whose name and other details shall be shared to HR)

                            Almost all the blood test reports mentioned on that bill (except ultrasound) were part of the Max Blood tests package. However this was not told or explained by the person billing us on the billing counter that day. As a result of which, I have ended up getting billed for 12, 980 Rs while actual bill should have been 5250rs. That is to say Wellwise package Total = 3000rs Plus Ultrasound = 2250rs =5250rs.

                            First of all, I have been a loyal Max customer wherein both my daughters too were born in the Max establishments. However on 2nd April'21 my opinion has changed. I'd booked a VC appointment with Dr Ashish Gupta (Sr Consultant-Internal Medicine) on MAX myHealth+ at 5.50 pm. However till 6.50 pm I didn't receive any call from the doctor. When I tried customer care and his assitant Mr Eshant Mathur I came to know that he has been trying but not getting through. It was very upsetting as I didn;t receive any call and was constantly looking at mobile screen for good 1 hr.
                            Inspite of this I thought this might be a technical glitch and vowed to never do VC. However when the Doctor called me on wtsapp he was extremely rude and told me how can you not answer the calls or not responsive without listening to me. I told him Sir it might be a technical glitch since I didnt receive any call however he said I am not Max and please report this app issue to them and not me.
                            He was extremely rude and he didn't look at my reports or did a consultation just for the heck of it.
                            The doctor could heve been more dignified in his approach but this kind of behaviour will only spread a wrong word of the brand.
                            I am not satisfied with the consultation and need my refund back for 2 consultations on VC i.e. Rs 2000.

                                No Max Rep came for collection - not even a call received. called your help line 4 times. No help provided.

                                Just now i have received a call (after 2 hours) and they say it’s a technical error!! How come this was not pointed out when I called the first time. There is something seriously wiring.

                                This is very poor customer service. I need someone senior to respond soon else I will take this up with Mr Anil Vinayak, your MD.

                                    I am Sumit Minni s / o Mrs. Ginni Devi last night stay on 20/11/2020 in room number 2721 in your Max Hospital Tower 2, in this context I would like to inform you that all the attention of your food and beverage team patient Do not keep because your nursing staff mailed them at 6.40PM in the evening that the patient has to give liquid 30ml stools every hour.
