i m irfan shaikh from mira raod, Thane i had purchased maxx mobile model : AX8note !! imei no.[protected] bill no: 1973 after 15 days of purchase found a defect in mobile i m submit that handset in maxx Gallery at mira road . After 45 days i m taking my mobile from Gallery, , , , but after 2 days again handset found defect again i submit that handset in gallery as on 13.02.14 . Still date Aur 15 din lagega" answer get from gallery..

      One maxx mobile model no msd7 smarty was deposited by d.K.Biswas for touch pad repair under warranty period on[protected] in your service centre at raipur, but it is not yet received after lapse of 2 months. On asking they said wait more and misbehaved me. It shows very poor service of yours company, please direct your raipur service centre for necessary action immediately. It is urgently required for our duty.

        i bought maxx mobile handset in the month of april-13 after use of two months mobile display did not work properly then i submit the mobile handset maxx mobile authorized service centre ( soni telecom ) date 22.07.2013 but till date mobile handset not repair many times i called to service centre and customer care maxx mobile but they did not give any response and not cleat the status my mobile IMEI No.[protected] and job sheet no. RO/171/1314/0000869 and customer care complained no. NT4149532 and mobile handset model MX245e I want my money back with penalty
        i bought maxx mobile ( model MX245e ) for month of april-13 after using of two months mobile did not worked properly mobile display was blank then i deposit the mobile handset maxx mobile authorised service centre ( Soni Telecom ) dated 22.07.2013 customer care job sheet no. RO/171/1314/0000869 but till the date mobile is not repaired many times i am calling to maxx mobile customer care but they did not clear any status and they give all the time false statements my complained no. is NT4149532 ( maxx mobile customer care complained no. ) my mobile IMEI No. is [protected] date of purchased mobile 07.04.2013 kindly refund my money back with panalty

          I purchased MAXX mobile from Future Bazaar on 25th May, 2012. But few days after memory card has been stopped to work properly. And now few days before error show ''BAD CONNECTION ERROR'' while charging directly and same error showed while tried to charging through USB port. I spoken to customer care and got the service centre address of Tuglakabad Ext., New Delhi where also visited for getting the proper solution. But Mr Faiz who was there was so bloody has denied after looking the mobile and told us mobile has been dropped in water on because he might seen looks seems as carbon on usb connector port. I also requested to give me in written that he can't provide the solutions and his attitude was very very rough.

          I am the owner of my mobile and I have better knowledge about my mobile that dropped in water or not. And I can give up 100 % guarantee about my mobile has never been touched or dropped in the water. I also advice you kindly snatch service center from the said service center because they doesn't stand upon customer satisfactions.

          Also provide us the solutions for my mobile which is not working right away.

            I Kishor Sarode purchased Maxx Mobile 2020 IMEI no. [protected] on[protected]. from that only 7-8 days i use my mobile than it will get problems with the display. I given for repairing 2-3 times to the Maxx Customer Service Centre (SKYLARK ASSCIATION, Kalyan) but every time after next day same problem arrived that is because either they do not repair my mobile and give me back as it is or the technician don`t able to repair. Finally I go to Skylark Association with anger hence they submit my mobile on[protected] by saying that we send back to the company, but since then there is no news of my mobile it is more that 45 days to submit the mobile. Every time the Skylark person says that it is in company and they don`t send till now. Then I contact to Mr. Dinesh (Service Manager, Maxx Mobile, Kalyan Section) on[protected], he say that the mobile is ready and i can get it tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes from 15 days. I call to Mr. Dinesh every day he say Tomorrow i give you the mobile. I am mentally very depressed due to this attitude of the Maxx Mobile Customer Service Person. My time and money is wasting to for the mobile recovery. And Now i decided to get my money back i don`t want that mobile; Please help me to get my money back.
            My Money is wasting to call to the Mr. Dinesh daily and also to visit the service centre. I talk to Mr. RAJA SALON (ASM - Maxx Mobile) but he also not repling to my complaint. Please Help.

              I have purchased a mobile phone MAXX 342 on 11th Dec 11, from M K Mobiles, Secunderabad. For the last two days I am trying to charge it but it did not get charged and it is giving an indication that " Battery Low RUNDOWN". When I phoned the dealer, the answer is "Take it to the service center with your guarantee card together with the bill. I am aged 80 yrs and having a knee problem to go out any where. If this is the state of affairs what is the use of a phone when it gets out of order with in 5 months?

                  I had given my Mx463 Max mobile phone for repair to Mobile lab at their Branch Al-Fahad Arcade saba cross road, puthiyara caliut on 11/2010. The problem for the phone was key pad "hang" and got it back after repairing as on[protected]. The problem was occurred with in the guarantee period but due to missing of guarantee card from my side I had paid Rs-250/ for the repair as per job No.1002. But the same complaint has happened again and given for repair on[protected] at the same place with job card No.RO/D80/1112/0002158 dated[protected]. At that time they had told me they will repair free of cost. With in this Six month period I had gone at puthiyara office at several time and also contacted many time over phone. Every time they are saying they will call be back after searching but they never contacted me.
                  At last I had gone again there December first week and they promised to me they will given with in 8 days but Until this date they haven't contacted me. Now I realised this problem is not only to me but lot of people like me are facing the same problem with irresponsible staff of Mobile Lab, AL-Fahad Arcade, Saba School Road, Puthiyara, Calicut.

                  Maxx Mobile — Not repair since last 6 months

                  Sir/madam,
                  I am Ramesh Kushwaha, i had purchased micromax handset on March 2010 and deposited the same for repairing on May 2010 at service center (micro technology, Kalyan west) which is under warranty, as handset was not working.
                  Since last 3-4 months, i am asking for my mobile but service centre says yet it not repaired. Again again they are saying it will take 2 more days but no result.

                    Sir/Madam,

                    My earphone of mobile Maxx111 had mic problem which is under warranty and I took it to Maxx Unique Services(Panaji - Goa) which is an authorised Maxx centre. The earphone was submitted there on 04.11.2011 and was promised to be returned on 19.11.2011(Jobsheet no.RO/G25/1112/0004098). However on visiting on target day they told me it would require some time. This service centre has got no single contact number so that i can call and ask for the status of my job sheet. They promised me to let me know by the next week. However now almost a month passed and on calling them up every time I got the same response that it would take some more time. After a 28 days they called me for collecting the earphone but it was of some other mobile and was not working for my mobile. Till now I do not get my earphone. I contacted Maxx Service manager Head who is also niether responding to my calls nor my complain mails. After so reminders from me to the head manager there is no single response from him yet. God knows what kind of work they are doing ? Even I do not know what is the latest status of my complaint.I think I have to go to the police and report against them. I am amazed, what kind of rubbish work they are doing without having any fixed commitment , what kind of freak they are?. But I really hope some actions could be taken against this particular centre for their lack of service, false promises and utter misbehaviour and harassment of customers.

                    So I would like to request you please take the necessary step and help the customer from being cheated by Maxx Services , and tell me the status of my Job sheet

                      Respected Sir,
                      I have collected my Max mobile MX 317 from the concerned Office bearer after signing the delievery report as on today 17/1/2011 at around 11.00 hrs, which was submitted as on 09/11/2011.Unfortunately I didn"t take my battery, SIM & backcoveer with me.

                      Customer complaint was no Handsfree & Charging mode was in operation.When I returned home , I was shocked ,that no complaint was attended & problem remained as it is.

                      My DOP of Mobile is 23/07/2011 & is under warranty period.Above & all, had taken hospitalization treatment & I was discharged as on 16/11/2011 from the hospital.
                      I am really felt ashamed of Max mobile with such poor service.After DOP , within '10' days, the piece required service & if also repeated got no service or poor servicefrom service agency.

                      Kindly make note of it & arrange me the fresh piece or serve in better way in warranty.

                          I have Purchased Maxx Mobile (MX372) dated 18/08/2011, after 15 days it got a problem i gave it to the service centre (Sai Enterprises, Kahauli Naka, Muzaffarpur, Job Sheet No. RO/F12/1112/0005339), returned to me after 45 days as it was. Again I have given it for further service but they are not responding and saying me to come after another 15 days it is really bad i want my cellphone to be fully changed.

                          please take response in this regard i shall be fully obliged for this kind act

                            I Have purchesed MAXX MQ868 on 13-oct-2010...After 4 months keypad problem occured and i gave my mobile Nakoda Service center Ajmer...they forward my phone to Jaipur Service Center...after few Days i got my moblie...
                            After few months my mobile is switched off automatically...Again[protected] i gave my mobile to Nakoda sarvice center and again they reffer my mobile to Jaipur...i got my mobile[protected] with same return...means my mobile is dead...same day i gave my mobile again and till now i did not get my mobile...
                            plz do something ...your service center didn't give proper reply...

                                i was purchased maxx mobile model # MT250 at this month of august 2011 and recommended me to battery charging atleast 4 hours in first charge , i charged more than 4 hours mobile shown charging full than removed it and insert the sim cards and making phone setting operated just half an hour , and mobile shown battery is one point low of total three points and i surprised it battery is fully low and going to automatically switched off within three hour total i try again and again that result is same as above and i return to the vendor they are irresponsible answering to be taken as serviced it also same complaint
                                so i required to you what is the solution for my problem ? i hope that you will take responsible answer ....?

                                    This is Mukesh Soni From Kanpur. I have MX-250 mobile. I have purchase on 24 February 2011. Before some days he was doing some Mouth Speaker & Charger problem. Then my problem was solve after 20-25 days. Now I am facing mobile restart problem 10-15 times in a day.

                                    Maxx Mobile — handset not working

                                    respected sir,
                                    I have recently purchased new maxx mobile(Model Mx333) and its handset not working properly so I talk to dealer for this and they suggest to register complaint for this . Its output is not working properly.

                                      This is to subject below model number under service warrnty for one year, I have purchased a new maxx mobile from a retail shop kalyan(East-Lograme,Thane Dist, i could not run the mobile even three days and it automaticaly dead without any proper reason.

                                      I have approached your service centre in Kalyan West(Skylark Associates-Contact no. [protected]), they were not giving a proper repond regarding replacement or repairing of this new instrument since its lying there from 15th April 2011.

                                        My Maxx mobile switches off very frequently even if the battery is fully charged.. I took my mobile to the Maxx service centre - Padmavathi Agency for nearly 6 times... everytime I got the mobile with different battery changed (I recognized it with the battery body color).

                                        But the problem still exists and i am very evident that the service personnel at the service centre is not skilled enough to access the root cause but like a layman only changes the battery every time and returned back the mobile., Shame on Maxx mobile for using the cricket star Dhoni for advertising such poor quality service product..... SHAME ON MAXX.

                                        I even have a doubt that they keep avoiding the permanent fix until the Warranty period gets over. My warranty end on 2nd June so may be they might fix the issue after that with a huge bill amount
