NOT TIMELY SERVICE ON SERVICE CENTER

CHARGING PROBLEMS IN MAXX MOBILE AFTER PURCHASE OF 15 DAYS. AND NOT PROBLEM SOLUTION TIMLY.7 DAYS AGO PROBLEM AS IT IS. AND NOT SATISFIED RESPONSE BY SERVICE CENTER.

i purchased max 475 last 5 months back, but since from 1 month i m sufering from network is not rechable and fm is not working even out side of house in road also in my mobile emergency call only it will come. i went nearest service center but they told its not repairable. i am fedd of with this please tell me any solution for me. i m really want any kind of help for this. otherwise i have to go for consumer court for solution, my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com

I have purchased a maxx ax 51 hand set. Unfortunatliy my mobile fell down and broken touch screen. I had gone to your service centre and file my complaints before 5 months. I have regularly contact to them. But their are no responds.Kindly do the needful.

THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE.

Illegal money taken from meI, undersigned Sunedeshwar Kumar. On[protected] morning 10.40 AM train from Darbhanga to New Delhi Train No. 2565, I was travelling in Sleeper Class S2-40. When I got down at Muzaffarpur, a Ticket Collector asked me for my ticket. When I showed my Ticket, the TC forcefully took my ticket and kept with him in his pocket. When I explained that I am travell agent, he was not ready to listen anything and took me to Head TC. He checked my pockets. He said I am not eligible to travel in this Bogie and demanded Rs. 613 Fine from me. He also threatned me that if I do not comply with his demands, he will send me Jail. And he forcefully took Rs. 500. He also tried to explain the fact but he was not ready to accept anything.
Even after having valid ticket that TC harassed me. Because i could travell in this train. I beg you to look into this matter at your earliest.

Maxx — Memory card not got

I have given my maxx 2GB memory card for replacement
and the provider said that he will give the memory card with in 20 days form the submit
but since 1 month passs away the provider is not responding as he should ...
and going several time he just says that the card has not come and don't know when it will come....
i feel he is trying to get the card into his pocket .........
plzzzz find a away out of this....

I have purchased the above said Maxx mobile on April 4, 2010 from Parichay Electronics, Virar (W) (Purchase bill attached for your ready reference).

I had some issue regarding the voice quality and CDMA network not at all operating, based on the same I had given the phone to your authorised service centre Nice Telecom, Andheri West (Service receipt attached herewith for your ready reference) on August 20, 2010 and had to resubmit my mobile again on September 23, 2010 for the same problem.

Since then I have been told that the problem has been solved but I have still not received the mobile for use. As I am not convinced with the service center replies and co-ordination even after continous follow ups and that I have also not been able to use the mobile since august due to poor quality of service and basic manufacturing defect in the mobile, i request you to kindly replace the mobile with a new one so that I do not have to visit your service center evey other month for service or repair of the above said mobile and could be a Happy Maxx mobile user.
