Dear Sir,
I bought a maxx mobile model no.[protected] on 21/06/2014 vide bill no.079 from a shop at Ravi Bhavan, Raipur C.G.. Since, last 1 month back, suddenly the speaker of the set stop functioning. In order to get it repaired, I submitted the said mobile to your service centre, Software king, second floor, Ravi bhawan, Jaistambh chowk Raipur.
After, few days, on enquiry, I was informed that, speaker is repaired but there is some problem regarding network.Although, there was no problem regarding network, as evident from the messages-which I sent to my daughter regarding the address of service centre, the day it was submitted for the repair.
Later, this problem was not solved and my set was not repaired for a long time. Finally, I got a call from the said service centre, that phone got repaired. I collected the set a 8:30 pm on same date and asked to check the set. At this, I was informed that, my set is ok and no need to check it.
As I reached my house and after inserting the sim card tried to check it-I failed!! as there was no internet connection.It was showing network problem.
Now, my grievance is that, problem was created by the service centre in my set at the time of repairing and he willfully fraud ed me my returning my set without repairing it and by saying lie.i request you to provide me immediate relief or I have to take legal course.
