Hello Sir, i m nidhin from thrissur, kerala .i had purchased maxx mobile model : MSD7 smarty !! imei no.[protected] .after 3 MONTH of purchase found a defect in mobile(touch penal not working). i m submit that handset in Voice plus at cochin, Service Receipt no-246 (ph[protected] . for repairing in date of 04-08-14 but till not repair my phone. i request you to provide me immediate relief or I have to take legal course. my one mobilemodel no is ax51 and imei no is [protected] and second mobile madel is ax8note2 and imei no is [protected] and both mobile under warranty and this mobile is not repaire in service centre and more time for repaire and one month is compleat of mobile on service centre

Dear Sir, I have purchased mobile Maxx AX45 on[protected] from Sundha M obile & Electricals vide Bill No. 124 dated[protected].IMEI No. [protected] but within a short period mobile is not opening. I have made complain for so many time to Shopkeepers as well as service center but they are not giving me satisfactory reply. They are saying that you have to put mobile for repairing for 5 months. Shopkeeper from whom I have purchased totally reluctant to accept any responsibility. He said that I have no responsibility attached once i sold the mobile. you have to follow with thw company. Do not come here. Is this the service is giving your dealer ? Kindly look into the matter as I highly dissatisfied with the Mobile. I received such a service that I do not recommend to any one. Dear Sir, I bought a maxx mobile model no.[protected] on 21/06/2014 vide bill no.079 from a shop at Ravi Bhavan, Raipur C.G.. Since, last 1 month back, suddenly the speaker of the set stop functioning. In order to get it repaired, I submitted the said mobile to your service centre, Software king, second floor, Ravi bhawan, Jaistambh chowk Raipur. After, few days, on enquiry, I was informed that, speaker is repaired but there is some problem regarding network.Although, there was no problem regarding network, as evident from the messages-which I sent to my daughter regarding the address of service centre, the day it was submitted for the repair. Later, this problem was not solved and my set was not repaired for a long time. Finally, I got a call from the said service centre, that phone got repaired. I collected the set a 8:30 pm on same date and asked to check the set. At this, I was informed that, my set is ok and no need to check it. As I reached my house and after inserting the sim card tried to check it-I failed!! as there was no internet connection.It was showing network problem. Now, my grievance is that, problem was created by the service centre in my set at the time of repairing and he willfully fraud ed me my returning my set without repairing it and by saying lie.i request you to provide me immediate relief or I have to take legal course. I manoj pawar.purchased mx100 fauly piece.from purchase it has problem.it was more in service center than me. After 6 month company give another handset mx 844.this handset also faulty. This hanset also faulty.written mail to everybody in company with customer care id. No body care.This company customer care manger Mr dinesh chang mob no [protected] has no time to received complaint. Very bad experience. Suggest not to purchase maxx mobile. my mobile no [protected], if you know any more.

I Rajan Pallaya, I buy Maxx mobile worth Rs. 4, 200/- on 5th October 2013 but with in a year its stop screen touch senses, so as it is in warranty I was submitted my handset in service center on 16th April 2014 as on date MAXX executive said it will take 1 to 2 weeks only for the repair or replace, but till date that executive continuously saying it will take 1 more week. I am getting frustrate for every time to visit your service center and same answer to hear. please help me to get my mobile or kindly refund the paid amount, I am completely not satisfied with MAXX services and mobile and thanks for wasting my time and energy for visiting your service centers. how many days will take to respond, do you suggesting me to leave this issue OR mobile. I will not tolerate this issue please let me know the status of my handset and do the needful ASAP IMEI - [protected] In my life this is the first worst experience that there is a company called MAXX who doesn't care his customers complaints. Till date there is non of any reply or no calls received from MAXX, its shows that they don't care customers. i am manish singh brother of Rakesh singh i'll submitted my handset on a maxx service center (DOTCELL) RAIPUR am totally disappointed with there services am first subbmit mY handset maxx GENX7 WHITE for display problem as they cant repair my handset more than 3 month they replace with my handset same model maxx AX3525 but after receiving on 2nd 3rd day set getting some problem i visit again on service center on 15/05/2013 as they told me its a software fault and after few days on 20/05/2014 they give a manual written jobsheet on 20/05/2014 as they solve the proble on max 4 to 5 days and today its approxx 2 month took for a s/w problem if it is a service than u really need a major development in ur services...

i bought a portable power bank by Maxx from an online retailer. But it Has stopped working from day one. The charger gets charged up when I plug it in. But when i charge my phone using it it goes dead after a couple of minutes. I had relied on this for my travels and felt cheated when I got my battery drained and not able to charge while I travel. I called the service hotline and it never answers. I have it for servicing at the authorised service centre and even they can't help, they day that the company I'd not responding to their queries. They also said that a lot of people have the same problem and are not getting the product replaced or repaired by the company. This is a case of violation of basic rights to a customer. Please take action on this.

I purchased MAXX AX 3 online having purchase order no.[protected]. But after using it 3 months it has some start up problem. So i went to the service center at Patna, ( Address - Mobile wala, 5th floor, Harinivas, Dak bunglow). Service centre is telling that the mobile can not not repaired so it is being replaced by MSD7. Now my grievance is that I purchased AX3 due to big screen now it should be replaced by with the same screen size or bigger if possible. Do you have any option of replacement by better version (not MSD7) of your mobile phone by paying some extra money. If yes kindly inform me. My contact detail is as below. i bought a maxx handset on 26.11.13 and my handset lcd get clean white then give my handset for repaire in BDR communications and my job sheet number is RO/BDR/1415/0003786 i gave him on 5/6/2014, and they can't repair till now and when i cal him they can't answered my cal. So please help me

I have purchased one mobile on 9/12/2013 from Kappor Mobile gallery, Topi bazar Gwalior and since the very first day mobile works improperly and develop snags and after few days it stop workinh then I immediately report the matter to Kappor Mobile gallery distributor and he sent me to Maxx Service Centre at Shide Ki Chhawani Office Gwalior.When I recahed there they just told me problem is minor and fault is due to camera so you have to drop the mobile and collect back afetr Four days Since then more than 4 month are passed neither they repaired the mobile nor they returned back the Mobile. After continous harrasment I bring this information to your notice to guide the authority to return the mobile or return the money as soon as possible.

i have given my mobile for servicing purpose i.e for (deo). as so many days are gone but no responses are coming from your service center so i request u to please do the procedure fastly so that i can receive my mobile early. and whenever i am going to service centre for asking my mobile they used to tell me that approval has not come .therefore i am expecting a feedback from you as soon as possible.
