Dear Sir
Most regretfully I would like to inform you that i purchased Maxx mobile model MX 463 bearing IMEI NO [protected] SL.NO DMO[protected] , was purchased from M/s S . H. MUMTAZUDDIN TIMES ( P ) LTD VIDE TAX INVOICE NO 35329 DTD . 29.10.2009 , WHICH WAS WARRATY WITH ONE YEAR .

ON 5.10.2010 MORNING i FOUND THAT ITS KEYPAD ONLY NOT WORKING , AND AS PER THE SHOPS GUIDELINE I WENT TO YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER M/S SNEHA COMMUNICATION .ADD. 126/B , DIAMOND HARBOUR ROAD , KOLKATA - 700060.
Initially they claimed that it is a Liquid Damage and if the keypad replaced it will be OK and I have to pay Rs. 350/- for it , I agreed but even after changing the keypad the problem remain unsolved .
Then they told that I have to send it to the Maxx service for further checking and repair .
Even after repeated phone calls they never picked up the call ( appears to be a faulse no ) and now they returned my phone with a comments that company told this is beyind repair .And they even not handed over me any documentary proof for that indicateded that MAXX company has regreated any sort of repairing .
My question is that if Maxx company cannot repair the same which is under warranty it is their moral responsibilty to replace the set with a new one ( Am also working for a multinational Chinese company for last four years and in as a service head of few eastern regional states ) . Please look into the matter very seriously and arrange replacement of the handset immedietly .

    Dear Sir,
    I Mr. Pravin Upadhyay from Mira Road, Thane had purchased a cell of your company MX-463 bearing an IMEI No. [protected], ESN No. [protected]. I am facing a problem of automatic restart & keypad not working. I had purchased a mobile from LAXMI Stores located at mira Road which is an Authorised dealer of MAXX Mobile on 20th Feb 2010 (receipt number : 22459).
    Since after a month back i have started facing the above problem, for which i have visited MAXX service centre named 'M B Care' located at Gokul SHopping Centre, Borivali which is again an Authorised Service Centre on 27th March 2010. He has taken my mobile and has given a reciept (Service reciept number : 135105) saying that mobile will be sending to company. I have recieved my mobile in working condition after 15-20 days.
    But on 12th April 2010 , I have faced the same problem, by which i have Re-visited M.B Care, Borivali on 15th April 2010 to register a compaint (job No. 048).
    Its almost 3 months where i am facing the problem of my mobile. By which the company is unable to repair nor replaced. Please look at this matter and solve my problem asap.

    Hi my name is sonia Gurav my usb code is not working i have complain in customer care three time but no use they give me cable wire but than also i m facing same problem how to solve that problem on urgent basis

    I am G krishna reddy from berhampur, dist-ganjam, odisha, i had purchased a maxx mobile on 17-august-2011, model no-max128i, imei no-[protected], my mobile is defected No sound and raster picture,
    i had submit this mobile to our local service centre altek solution, They state that maxx service closed and they will try to repair it, after many argue they receive my set with work order no-5508, when i call them for this set they state very rudely that my mobile not cover guarantee due to out side open, but last this set is serviced by this service centre, if check through imei number you will better know about this .

    please repair my set and retain me, it's my fault that i believe with maxx and purchase maxx mobile

      i m frm mumbai.. i have purchased a handset of maxx mobile my model no is mx414 my mobile doesnt works properly its doesnt catches my simcard and i cant call to anyone my mobile is in warranty and also i need a usb cord to connect internet for my pc but when i goto the service center they tell me that usb cord is not in the stock they harrased me for two months.my mobile gets off evry 15 minutes

      plz do sumthing plz help me out

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      I have purchased the above said Maxx mobile on April 4, 2010 from Parichay Electronics, Virar (W) (Purchase bill attached for your ready reference).

      I had some issue regarding the voice quality and CDMA network not at all operating, based on the same I had given the phone to your authorised service centre Nice Telecom, Andheri West (Service receipt attached herewith for your ready reference) on August 20, 2010 and had to resubmit my mobile again on September 23, 2010 for the same problem.

      Since then I have been told that the problem has been solved but I have still not received the mobile for use. As I am not convinced with the service center replies and co-ordination even after continous follow ups and that I have also not been able to use the mobile since august due to poor quality of service and basic manufacturing defect in the mobile, i request you to kindly replace the mobile with a new one so that I do not have to visit your service center evey other month for service or repair of the above said mobile and could be a Happy Maxx mobile user.

      Awaiting your co-operation and earnest reply on the above.

          i am unable to get any incoming calls

          maxx mobile company is cheating to consumers for dual sim mobiles, in MAXX when u r receving/dialing a clal from sim1 and if any calls comes on SIM2, caller will get message
          "number u r dialing is not reachable" i.e when SIM1 is in user other SIM2 becomes invalid
          so all the future of dual sim becomes null

          no where comany or vednor will infrom you about this defect and if you call the company call centerthey will rudely speak about this defect

          so please dont buy MAXX dual sim phones
          Same issue with my GC333. I brought GC333 3 months back. The GSM card gives issue. The call discnnects in between.
          Its worst phone from Maxx. Its a cheap chinese technology.
          Also problem with availabilitis of accessories like batteries.
          I sruggled 2 week to find out battery for my cell phone in economical capital city of India (Mumbai). None of the service center had battery for GC333.
          So people never never bye cheap phones like Maxx. always bye reliable branded phones.

            Dear Sir
            I have purchased Maxx Mobile GC121 Model
            according to company it supports both CDMA and GSM
            In my Phone Gsm is working properly
            But CDMA (ie my Reliance No.) connection produces the problems always like-
            1. Some body is calling me but i m not getting even ring
            2. I am unable to make calls some times, When i restarts the phone it doesnot start the CDMA Connection, thats why i have to put the battery out from it , and then reassemble , to start the UIM.
            3. i went to the vender but he says that the company personal will come and will check it. from last 3 weeks he is saying so. Nothing progressed.

              I Have a maxx Mobile MX 436 From 23/8/2009. my Friend give me as GIft when was started use this mobile lots of problem i found in this mobile I show my handset to service center but i got poor responce from service center. last 2months my hand set in service center. everyday i call service center they give me one more date from last 2 day they not recived my phone. when i talk with company member they also not recived my phone.

                I purchaged mx525.orgnally this mobile isn't supported GPRS and download function.MAXX CUSTOMER CARE no. very bad 420, froad service.so pls i requested to public don't buy maxx mobile.maxx mobile better than G'five mobile and other chinese mobile.

                i have bought one maxx hand set GC 333 Dual sim CDMA, GSM, it has poor Quality speakers and the voice quality is very poor, it has software problem also we cannot save a input number, when we press the save button or option button it dailes tothat particular number i have lost so many calls doing this dont by these cheep mobiles

                I have purchased Maxx 475G model mobile on 07/07/2010. But I am facing a typical problem during incoming calls, when calls are coming and I press the talk button the mobile hanged, then I have to switched off the mobile and again switch on then only I can use the mobile.I am very upset and repented for purchasing of Maxx brand. I will rather suggest every one don't purchase non-branded mobiles.

                This is bhargava, my hand set model is MQ340. after on month of purchace i faced so many problems. i given at karteek service center in vijayawada. it is already one month gone. but they didn't handover my mobile.if asked telling that it was in service come after one week. they r saying like this.                 I have purchase MAXX mx292 phone on date 06/04/2011. they have given function like FM, video and MP3 Player. but in hand set volume is low. when i went to services center they told company gives that volume. i can’t listen loud music with earphone or with earphone.                   Still I am waiting for the replacement/Repair. but no action has been made so far. I have suffered a lot and lot of my money has wasted making calls to Motorola Customer Care and Service center but no positive response.

                  This is to inform you that I purchased a Motorazr V6 Maxx in September 2008.
                  The cell was working fine but in June 2009 it just go dead, so I brought the
                  cell to M/s. Simran Communication, Faridabad for repair on 29/06/2009. They
                  tell me to come after 6 days. After 6 days the reply was that we are out of
                  spares and it will take 15 days to spares to come. After 15 days when spares
                  came fro Chennai the problem was still the same. My mobile phone couldn't be
                  repaired. More then 1 month have been passed and I am still waiting for my
                  mobile.

                  You can imagine very well that a person can't live without phone for even a
                  single day but I am suffering for more then a month.

                  The service engineer of service centre Mr. Sonu Kumar has tried very well
                  lot but after that he says that the cell is un-repairable and will be
                  replaced.

                  After that I communicated to Motorola care. Mr. Mridul has lodged the
                  complain,

                  I have a good faith in Motorola and I have always recommended and purchased
                  Motorola phones and received good service also but this time I am highly
                  disappointed.

                  So you are kindly requested to issue a replacement of mobile to avoid
                  further suffering.
