Mcdonald's India — dead bug in fries ordered | |||
There is a dead bug in the fries i ordered today from mcdonalds!! If these are the standards that a chain like mcdonalds sets in india... Imagine how lightly they take indians. Had this been done in the us i'm pretty sure they would have been begging the customer in fear of a lawsuit. Pathetic response from delivery partner swiggy as well.. 60/- bucks coupon for a dead bug!! I ended up swiping my debit card at the store as my PhonePe app was taking longer. Turns out that the money got deducted from my account from both transactions, the swiping and PhonePe app. The mcd store staff said it would be refunded but it has been four days and it still hasn’t been refunded.
