Sir, i have enough points in my mcent account for top up. But recharge is always failed. Sir you have cheated with us. This is a case of fraud. Please solve my problem and help to get my top up. I am complaining about "mcent browser".

I have done a recharge "3" days ago using my mcent points. Though being 3rd day the recharge has not be done yet. And also my mcent points have been deducted and it also shows that your recharge has been done. I have already mailed them before but got no response from them.

I have done recharge on 22nd oct 2018 but not received it till now. As company says that we have to wait for 72 hours for recharge but it took more than 72 hours but still not done. This is an airtel operator number. I just want to know why it is done so. As your team had not done recharge, how can it be shown successful and points are deducted but recharge is pending. So your company should show it pending not successful....
