I have collected 125000 points for which i am supposed to get 250 talktime recharge. But i am not receiving recharge. Kindly please resolve this problem as soon as possible. I have taken lots of efforts in collecting it. I am trying very hard but not receiving recharge. I have also shared this apps code to my friends and i have collected points with lots of efforts. I hand done recharge with mcent before. But nowi have some 100000 points but there are no talk time recharge offers. There only data packs available. What should i do???
In past i got three recharges of rupees 30 each and now there are no topups available now. Only data recharge shown.

I'm i a very odd situation. Sometimes i surf internet just for 30 mins only but earn easily 4000 points. But these days I cant earn so much from it. All day i try hard but hardly i earns 2000 only. One day i earned 4000 but when my mobile connect internet suddenly it decrease 2000 Points. In past days i have a other mobile then i register with a number, after some day i lost it and bought another. And again register it with same number for get back my points. In two months by luck i get my old mobile. Then to now i request many times to pls to change the registered number.

I have done recharge on 22nd oct 2018 but not received it till now. As company says that we have to wait for 72 hours for recharge but it took more than 72 hours but still not done. This is an airtel operator number. I just want to know why it is done so. As your team had not done recharge, how can it be shown successful and points are deducted but recharge is pending. So your company should show it pending not successful.

I had done a recharge of my jio number on 25/10/18 worth 1, 24, 000 mcent point with 50%off. Point is deducted from my account and recharge is not done. It is showing "recharge pending". So i request you to reback my point or recharge my jio number. Please sir or ma'am you help me for getting recharge for points 1, 24, 000 with 50% off i work very hard to get this point and recharge. I hope you will solve my problem as early as possible.

Even after referring 5 friends and successfully installing mcent application for first time as required didn't receive 25, 000 points per referral as promised by mcent. I'm very disappointed. Please look after the matter as soon as possible mcent team.

Removing the registered another mobile. Number is not done. How to remove anther number in mcent browser please send me it's problem solution. And then you have to take me another solutiono. And also i have an another complaint about mcent browser my offers were changed than first time. Please get me my old offers. These new offer are very big. Why this problem was raised?
