MCent — balance refund or point refund | |||||
I collect some points in mcent but on 15th october 2018 when i am recharged my sim through mcent browser my ninety eight thousand points or ninety eight rupees where shorted out but my recharge was not done than after i think that it takes some time to complete this procedure but nothing going to be happen it is approximately one month completed but neither my phone has been recharged nor my mcent balance was refund So i request to solve my problem as soon as possible. Sir mera jio ka number hai [protected] is number se mcent id registere hai.. aur mene ek baar recharge bhi kiya tha phir mene phone formet kiya aur mcent download kiya to ab OTP nhi aa raha hai plz sir help me.
