Sir i had done recharge of 198 on my jio no-[protected], but points get deducted and recharge not done, please solve this issue. I had done this recharge on 5 january 2019at7 am but still it does not showing that recharge is done. Please don't cheat customer like this. If recharge is not done then mail us the reason why recharge is not credited on my jio number.

I recharged my jio sim by mcent browser. After some time the mcent browser showes recharge received. But i didn't get any messages related with it from the service provider (Jio). I waited lot of time but i didn't get the recharge. I think it should be the mistake from mcent. They are responsible to refill the points or to make the recharge success. Pls give me a solution.

Recharge is done 399 andrecharged 399 is cut off, but it is not being used but we are not able to use it my problem just solve i want to my pack you will do anything how to solve my problem and again this problem not be created in this number. I am a user of mcent browser since 2010, in previous when i am recharged my mobile number through mcent reward points it is successfully recharged. But on 02.01.2018 i am recharged my mobile number [protected] (Service provider vodafone india)₹199 data pack, recharge offer is 25% less. (149250 points is needed to recharge)
My total accumulated reward points on that time is 149661. But i am sorry to say my points are de-ducted and till now my mobile number is not recharged. So please do the needful.

I recharged with 188099 point for the amount of inr 209 to the number ([protected]) on 28/12/18, but the recharge failed and points were credited back.
I tried to recharge on 29/12/18, l had notification that that the recharge is successful and the amount will shortly be credited.
The points have been deducted, but the recharge is yet not credited to my number
Please credit the amount.

But i add another persons number aslo in the same account.
But now he is getting my coins as our mcent account is same due to addition of his number
So please remove my number through the account because i earn the points by surfing the websites and he freely get the recharge without knowing me

There is a offer in my mcent browser that if i collect 1, 49, 000 points then i can recharge my phone by unlimited packs i have recharged on 24th dec. There is a t&c that recharge is done by 72 hours and i have completed my tat also but recharge is not done. Kindly look into this and i have attached the screenshot of recharged. Kindly do the needful.

Mcent browser refers friends point not received in my account, i have 7 friends refer and he has used 9 days but i have no any refer points, please help me email id_lavkumar. I want you to get delete all numbers of my friends, family present in my account. I want my account to be lonely operated and recharge my self number... Also i want to be start this account as a fresh one...

I can not receive my 30000 mention point which rejister by my family so please solved it in 5 days or i wilk stop using this browser i now that this company is good but my points not coming to me i am so much destrbd on this thinks pleas solved my problm. And back my points i request u to solved it on 5 days if you do not give my mcent points i am sure that i will stop using this

I did not get refer by referring by friend mcent i have 5 refers before i refer to my friend who is tusar but after retiring tusar it is till 5 refer he have a new account but i did not get refer help me unless i will clean it i have also a problem that my friend used mcent app but i did not get 40000 coin and.
