4 days ago i had tried to done a recharge of rs449 with my mcent browser's points on my idea no [protected]. Points was deducted immediately but till no recharge is received. I had already waited 4 days. Now i requests you to either refund my points in my browser or please recharge my above said number with rs449. Please solve my issue asap. I have been recharged with 249000 points but I have not received any benefit for it. Please help me by doing it.. I had recharged on 23rd October approx at 3:50 am but I have not received benefit so far .i am very trouble about it.

I recharge my jio mobile no. With Rs198 plan under 10% discount offer. 1, 79, 199 mcent point are deducted Immediately. But after two days no recharge is done. I m very disappointed. Please take action as soon as possible Or provide me mcent CC toll free no.
