I am facing multiple issues with my orders, and I need immediate assistance.
1. Baby Spa Talc Powder (Ordered on Oct 6, 2025):
I placed an order for the Baby Spa Talc Powder on October 6, 2025. As of today, October 24, 2025, the product has not been delivered. The delivery status has been stuck at the same location for more than 17 days, despite multiple complaints. Customer support assured me that the issue would be resolved within 3 days, but there has been no update. The expected delivery date was October 22, 2025, but there has been no change in status.
2. Toilet Brush (Ordered around October 2025):
I ordered a toilet brush in early October 2025. The delivery date was updated to October 11, 2025, but the order was canceled without my consent, and a refund was issued. I reordered the same product on October 11, but it has been repeatedly delayed, with multiple delivery attempts made. The product is currently at the Tiruvallur location, yet it hasn't been dispatched for delivery, even though the delivery date is listed as today, October 24, 2025. I live in Tiruvallur, so this delay is concerning.
3. Ammy Baby Soft Wipes (Ordered 3 days ago):
I ordered the Ammy Baby Soft Wipes three days ago, but the product has not been shipped. As a result, I had to cancel this order as well.
I have made numerous complaints, but the agents have not addressed my concerns properly, and I am not getting the support I need. If i upload the photo, but this page not accepted to insert the photo of my reference.
Please take immediate action on these issues and provide an update on the resolution.
