Meesho — complaint regarding incomplete delivery and refund denial meesho orders

Dear Meesho Customer Support,

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding two orders I placed through Meesho. Each order consisted of 10 units of a product, but upon delivery, I received only 1 unit per order. The remaining 9 units from each order were not delivered.

I reported this issue to your support team, but my request for resolution was declined, citing Meesho’s Fair Usage Policy. I would like to highlight that I have not violated any terms and have simply requested assistance for undelivered items that were paid for in full.

I kindly request Meesho to:

Investigate the incomplete delivery.
Provide a refund or deliver the remaining items.
Clarify how the Fair Usage Policy applies in this specific case.
I hope for a prompt and fair resolution to this matter. I[censored]nresolved, I may be compelled to escalate the issue through appropriate consumer grievance channels.
