Meesho.com/sopkraft?ms=2 — refund request payment deducted but order not placed

I made an online QR payment of ₹193 for a product on the Meesho platform (Product link: https://www.meesho.com/sopkraft-shape-matching-game-color-sensory-educational-to...⇄
) on 18 Dec 2025 at 5:54 PM.
The payment was successfully completed, but the Meesho website showed “order not placed”, and no order ID was generated.

I request an immediate refund of the debited amount.
