Meesho — Customer support not solving complaints

I order parcel and received different than i ordered after i return but for return pick up shadowfax delivery without single call rescheduling from 2-3 days and not coming for taking. Not a single call received from their side to pick up return. I raised this issue in meesho help centre but after calling me back the meesho help centre people saying call after 2 hours again I call after 2 hours they increasing time and not resolving my issue.
Meesho is fraud company. Close this company
