Customer support not solving complaints

I order parcel and received different than i ordered after i return but for return pick up shadowfax delivery without single call rescheduling from 2-3 days and not coming for taking. Not a single call received from their side to pick up return. I raised this issue in meesho help centre but after calling me back the meesho help centre people saying call after 2 hours again I call after 2 hours they increasing time and not resolving my issue....

I ordered Plastic storage box container on 2nd April 2025 with order id[protected]

Meesho updated the delivery date as 12th April 2025, but product not delivered on time.

i contact meesho support team, they said due to strike they not able to deliver, but there is no strike in my place,
After multiple complaints also they are telling same story as there is a strike.

I attached all the photos including meesho team responses

    We have ordered refrigerator cover vide order no[protected] pn 3rd april with delivery date on 11th april. When checked status on delivery on 11th april it showed delivered on 10th at 10.12 PM
    Complaint raised on 11th and they told 7 days to resolve but when we follow up they are not responded positively
    They are not refunding or arranged another delivery
    Dont purchase anything from Meesho
    They are running cheating rocket and making money

      I am a content creator who reviews and promotes Meesho products through social media. I have placed multiple orders (around 17 products) worth over ₹9, 000 for review purposes. However, I am unable to update my bank details in the Meesho app.

      Every time I try to update my bank account or even UPI ID, the app shows “Invalid Details” – even though the information is correct. I have tried with multiple accounts and UPI IDs, but nothing works.

      I contacted Meesho customer care several times and also submitted all necessary proofs, including screenshots and order details. However, they closed my ticket stating “proof not provided, ” which is completely incorrect. I submitted the requested proof on the same day it was asked, and I still have that record with me.

      Because of this issue, I am unable to receive my payments, which is seriously affecting my content work and causing financial loss. I request the concerned authority to take immediate action, review my submitted documents properly, and help me resolve the issue.

            I have ordered a Mosquito Net. i received in different color and very cheap quality, so i raise the return but they cancelled the request again and again and gave the reason that quality check failed.

              I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the pathetic service provided by Meesho and its logistics partner, Shadowfax. Despite following all procedures correctly, I have been cheated, left without a resolution, and forced into a cycle of repeated complaints with no action being taken.

              I had placed a prepaid order for a study table on Meesho, expecting a smooth shopping experience. However, what I received was a completely different and defective product. When I initiated a return, the delivery partner refused to pick it up, falsely claiming that it was not the correct item. To make matters worse, when I contacted Meesho’s customer care, instead of resolving the issue, they outright denied any wrongdoing, claiming that the correct product was delivered and refused to provide any assistance.

              Feeling helpless, I had no choice but to purchase another study table, this time through Cash on Delivery (COD) to avoid another scam. This second order was from a different seller, and while I did receive the correct item, the quality was extremely poor. When I tried to return it, I was once again assigned the same incompetent delivery partner—Shadowfax. This time, they didn't even attempt a pickup or contact me, leaving me stuck with an unsatisfactory product.

              Meesho’s customer support is nothing short o[censored]seless. Every time I reach out, they give scripted responses, tell me to wait for 3 days, and then the pickup never happens. This has created an endless loop where I keep re-initiating the return, but nothing actually gets resolved. I even went a step further and complained directly to Shadowfax, but no action was taken against their irresponsible delivery partners.
              Meesho customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
