Been 2 months + post i returned the product.

I have returned the product on 18th August for order#[protected] as it is a damaged product.

I have been buying from Meesho for past 2 years this is the worst experience ever. Please look into the details and refund my amount as early as possible. I have shard proofs multiple times they keep sending same emails but no definitive date by which refund will comebr...

I placed an order of Lehnga on 16th Oct and paid the amount via paytm UPI.
I got confirmation email from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed and I lost my money too.
I contacted the customer care but they didn't solved my isssue.
I need to get refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP....

Ordered 2 watches for 218/watch. But got only one watch on delivery. So we returned that order . WE GOT ONLY 218 INSTEAD OF 436....

I tried placing order on Meesho App on 23rd Sept. I have paid amount of Rs. 5256 through SBI net banking. Money got debited from my account but order is not placed.
I have contacted Meesho customer care and explained the issue several times on email and on call. After many follow ups they said that "Order will definitly be placed if we receive money. As order is not placed, it means that we didn't receive money. So contact SBI net...

I had ordered for 2 items (Rs 880)but Meesho delivered only one item. I raised the Return and they paid only 440 Rs. I called helpdesk multiple times but they are saying due to high percentage of Return they can not proceed. But here I am not asking for new Return, its request to deliver the missing item....

Meesho — Products been cancelled automatically

I have been ordering products from Meesho from a very long time but from past couple of months I am facing problems with them. I have ordered a saree from September till date and every time i order the shipment is automatically cancelled without any prior notice and when I try to call the customer support for help they have always given me false hopes and they never tried to help me out. As I ordered two dresses in red and green colour..I have received both the dresses in red colour..but in the order status It showing as we have delivered the green colour dress...but I received both dress in same red colour..so I request to exchange this product and deliver me the green colour dress.....

As we ordered a product in meesho it arrived on 21 St of October and we paid nine hundred cod, further after unpacking the order it wasn't the order that we have placed we tried calling meesho back but the service are so poor, we literally need a refund from them...

I have not recieved my refund in bank account i also send the bank statement in pdf to meesho . But meesho is not giving my refund they tell sometime to wait 10 days, sometime 5 days sometime teo day . But the day passed my refund not credited...

Meesho — Order not placed but money is debited.

I will try to placed some orders on meesho application on 26/09/2022 from kotak mahindra bank debit card. The total amount of the order is 760₹. My money is debited from my account but the order wasn't placed. Meesho customer care said that bank will give you the money and bank customer care said that meesho will give you money back, I didn't understand what to do. Please help me out from this.

Meesho is cheating on me. Actually, I am running a seller account in meesho. They cut my whole amount in the advertisement they mentioned different status in their portal and they cut my rupees in installments I do not understand that and did not give my payment yet I am facing too many issues while dealing with it.
Please take action on meesho

I have ordered a smart watch(Boat) with Order ID[protected] and received a fake product in the name of meesho courier (as attached in screenshots) on 17th October. Instead of that I got a courier with six marbles packed and kept inside it. There is no label on the box and the outer Box is of amazon. Seems like someone wantedly kept the fake product.
Contacted Meesho customer care and they are saying that the order was not sent by...

I had ordered a saree from Meesho. Order number is[protected]and courierid : AWB [protected] .It was delivered to me on 3rd 0ct 2022.
Since the saree was too old, I raised a return request for the same. The return was picked up on 5th Oct and the person did not give the pickup slip stating he does not have one. He took the returned product and went away.

Meesho then updated the status of the product as Return Cancelled.br...

Ordered kurtis but the items were sub standard. So placed a return request. Return not picked up despite several reminders. Customer service keeps telling that the issue will be resolved for sure. But it never happens. Nobody came for pick up...

I placed 2 orders among those i received one and i didnt received another so I placed a return for which i received refund of only one product and not for another now these people says i will not get refund for that due to high return on my account. I have few returns due to wrong or defective products and despite of accepting there fault they are making me suffer please look into this case and help me in my refund...

Sir/Madam, I have ordered one San Disk memory card (64 gb) from meesho app and it got delivered to me on 05 July 2022. I used this memory card for less than 03 months and it got defective.
