I ordered 4 prepaid items from Meesho. On 7 July 2025, their delivery partner Valmo delivered only 2 items but still asked for OTP. I shared the OTP assuming it was for the 2 items.

Later, I found Meesho had marked all 4 items as delivered. I raised a complaint (Issue ID: MST-[protected], Issue ID MST-[protected]), but Meesho refused to take any action, saying OTP was shared. Even the delivery boy and Valmo confirmed only 2 items...

I order parcel and received different than i ordered after i return but for return pick up shadowfax delivery without single call rescheduling from 2-3 days and not coming for taking. Not a single call received from their side to pick up return. I raised this issue in meesho help centre but after calling me back the meesho help centre people saying call after 2 hours again I call after 2 hours they increasing time and not resolving my issue....
