Order:[protected], 617 rupees.product is delivered and the status is not updated in the app.it is showing cancelled and returned. But product actually got delivered with out any label.now I am not able to return the product as it is too small. From past 2 months I m escalating the issue.the customer care people are creating so many tickets but not resolving them.on aug 12 th I got mail that product status will be updated to delivered with in 24 to 48 hrs.till now it is not updated.
When I called customer support they are telling me the same story that product is returned and as I have escalated the issue so many times I cannot raise new complaint and cannot do anything on this product.why meesho is giving false information in the mails.Mails will not work.numbers will not work. The customer support people will put calls on hold for very long times.i want my refund back.i have mail from meesho that status will be updated to delivered. Was this information helpful? |
