At the date of 10 August 2022 i have placed order of cake mould which. Is Rs 390 from mesho .

Till now there in no any reply by meesho or product also not dispatched to me no any confirmation massage by fashnear technologies Pvt Ltd & meesho plz I want my payment refund back which was I have paid to this froders

    I personally loved the experience of Meesho app, but lately I placed an order but it had been cancelled by the delivery person for no valuable reason, i request him for online payment and to leave the package infront of rahe door, but he started misbehave by words ...
    I felt too bad for the way of his speech!!! If possible kindly allow your delivery employees to know about the customer service

      [protected] This is my order id and my order still not get. I never cansel this.

      I got a call frome [protected] this number he sed he is from mesho delivery
      And after he is telling fully rong to costomer. And he is telling he dont have time come my home.. if i need the things need to go on his place.. actually i will never expect this.. pls do needfull..
      And i just want which i order if meesho will not take eny action to my complaint.. i know what to do after
      Because i m Previous Meesho customer. And the delivery man tottely insulting to me pls doo need full

        I ordered a Toddler baby walker on 7th August 2022 but the order didnt placed and the amount also debited from my gpay account Rs. 1186 . I already ask help from meesho customer service but they didn't solve my issue. I need to get refund kindly do the needful as doon as possible.

            Hi my name is Aanchal. I ordered a top from MEESHO. I did the payment through phone pe and the payment was successful the money got debited from my account later when checking the order it is not showing order not confirmed. It's been 24 hours and still it is showing order confirmation pending. So please look in to it and see what's wrong. Let me know whether the order will be confirmed or cancelled and when I will get refund. Please look into it as soon as possible.

              Hi,

              I have returned a bag 3 months back with the order id:[protected] of Rs 604 but I did not receive the refund yet.. I have raised number of complaints but did not receive any response. I have even sent my bank statement as a proof but no resolution provided till date.. when called to ask for my refund the meesho associates are just saying wait fot 3-5 working days each and every time I call them this is the only response I get.

              Kindly look into the issue.

                I have Ordered Wall Hooks ..Delivered product ..Quality is Not Upto The mark ..Return Initiated With In Minutes..

                Waited For A Week Every Day They used To Send SMS your Return Pick Up will done today...continued till 6 days..no return pick up done..
                again i have tried to return ...not accepted" saying return time is expired" ..

                meesho quality is drastically came down..Starting it was good..now too worst

                2. My Daughter ordered Dupatta ..Ordered on 28 Th July Suppose To Deliver On or before 8 th August..not delivered called on 9 th Aug..Customer Support Team Asked TO Wait Till 9 th Aug..Not Delivered ..Again Called I Have Asked To Cancel The order And Refund And tHIS aLSO nOT dONE
                again called Customer Care on 12 th Aug..He said i will raise complaint ..it will take 4- 5 days for cancellation ..after cancellation agin 4- 5 working days for refund...

                BETTER DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM MEESHO...IF YOU WANT TO BUY GO WITH CASH ON DELIVERY ..

                  I have ordered saree of 4 quantities and later due to quality issue and I got refund of only 1 quantity but not received of other 3 quantities it has been a month since I'm trying to call they raise a complaint and then close it they give reason of technical issues
                  plz try seek resolution to this.

                      I ordered a face pack brush in which 4 brushes should have come but only 3 brushes came, so I filed for an exchange, the product was picked up in 2 days, and till now neither exchanged product nor refund money has been given.
                      When I talked to the customer care of Meesho (and that too 7 times), they did not even pay attention and spoke very unprofessionally and 2 of them hung up the call without even listening to me properly. That is very rude and not trustworthy.
                      I WANT A FULL REFUND OF 124 RUPEES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
                      ORDER PLACED ON 20TH JULY 2022
                      DELIVERED ON 23RD JULY 2022
                      PICKED UP FOR EXCHANGE ON 25TH JULY 2022
                      NO RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINT TILL NOW.

                        I ordered 2 packages from meesho.i received just one package with wrong product .now when I initiated return pickup the pickup boy denied pickup .
                        I am reinitiating return request but it's cancelled everytime .this return request I'd not allowing me to add any pictures .

                        Please help me with the refund

                          The money has been transferred to Meesho account, I contacted the meesho customer support but they didn't provide me with any solution, I gave them the bank statement as well as upi transaction id as a proof but still they didn't provide me a refund.

                            I have ordered Rubu slide (Sub Order ID[protected]_1) from Meesho, delivered on 3rd August, 22 and I have applied for return request on the same day, then it was cancelled from your side on 6th August, 22. Then I have again initiate the process. No one has come to pick up the parcel. Since 3rd August, till date I m emailing and calling Meesho customer care regarding status of pickup and everyday they are giving me a new date for pick up and they are not picking up the product. I am mentally getting harassed by the company's irresponsible.They give a fake promises and give times but issue is not getting resolved. I request everyone not to use this app. Please help regarding this as soon as possible, my money got stuck due to this. Please help.🙏

                                  I have not received refund irrespective o[censored]pdating my bank detail twice and called customer care more than 25 times ., they say to wait and does not respond properly .. also say that bank details are invalid ., if that is the case how did I receive rs.1 from Meesho ? Non sense they speak

                                    I ordered Stylus women Transparent Bra Strap on 3rd August. I haven't received that product till date. Rest all I got it. Today when I opened the open, it shows this got delivered on 6th August. I didn't receive any product on that day. Customer care is not at all helpful. Saying it delivered as per the records. My concern is that it shows delivered but I didn't get it. Still saying same by yogeshwari customer care agent. Please resolve this ASAP. It's just Rs. 78/-
                                    Either refund it or find out it mentioned as delivered and re attempt the delivery. Main thing is, I haven't received any message that it is delivering or it's delivered. When I open app, saying directly it's delivered. Customer care agent is not having delivery person details also. They should maintain details of all. She is not attempting to resolve this issue. She is in hurry to close the call.
                                    This is cheating. Now its small amount, later it can happen to larger amounts aswell. I lost trust on meesho.

                                      I have placed order on 31 July but i cancelled it because delievery period was showing too long after cancelling my order meesho said that your money will be refunded in 5-8 days but you know what today date is 9 August but i still didn't get any refund and no response at email no response at customer care call and i also requested for call me back from the help centre of meesho but didn't recieved any call back
                                      Please resolve my issue as soon as possible

                                        i am kishan kumar i placed a order on meesho app on 25th july
                                        my (order id number is[protected] it's a women kurta set supplier: Naaz collections and order amount is 63 INR/-
                                        and i complete payment through UPI to meesho.[protected]@hdfcbank
                                        but after all formalities i still not received my order and there's no progress show in my order when i track i t its only show the ordered and no other progress seeing by 25th july i try to cancel the order but i unable to canceled this also, every time when i try its show an expected error occurred i try to reach your customer support he will not track my order also and not giving any satisfied answer for this please help me to out of this and at least Refund for this.
