Meesho — Double payment taken by meesho

Please check Order ID –[protected] that I have ordered a pair of jeans and payment mode is cash on delivery. When the order was received, I paid through Paytm, but due to the issue of internet, the first payment was not successful, and I paid the second time. Then i was checked my bank account history deducted 02 times of Rs. 239 order, now I don't get any response from Meesho for a refund. Please help me a refund of my payments.
I tried to many times to get revert my money but Meesho customer care not given a proper response.
