I m seller on meesho. I sold 2 music bulb, but i received 1 music bulb with remote missing and second music bulb is broken and remote missing. I made video about return packet. But still my issue was not solved.

Amount debited from my account but order not placed. And customer care executive is not responding.

I ordered an yellow khadi saree priced Rs 2069 from Meesho (order I'd :[protected]_1). Instead they delivered a garbage item - a torn jeans pant on 23rd June 2023. I raised multiple return request but they are not picking the product up as well as not refunding the amount.
The customer care directly said they can't help.

I have lodged 4 complaints on 23rd june 2023 that my products was not delivered and marked as delivered on app. Details are as under :

Meesho executives assured me that i'll get resolution soon but their team and authorities are not providing any solution and resolution to my problem. Meesho's seniors are not even talking to consumers and put me on hold for 1 hour without any response.

It is causing me so much harassment.

I again request you to provide me resolution for the same.

But the order is nowhere reflecting. Requesting you to refund my money

Order on 5th Jun and still its not deliver may i know the tracking details and what is reason for the delay.

Meesho has put a ban on my account stating that I have sent the order to customer without their consent, however customer accepted the order and paid the amount as well then how come it was unconcented order. Also, I have shared screnshot of my website where customer has placed the order but still Meesho is not removing ban. I have 50-60 orders from Meesho in transit and currently have no idea where those orders are as I can't access my Meesho account. My payment from Meesho is stuck due to this.

Really need your help in this matter.

I ordered one foldable multipurpose table for me...and it was a defected piece which I wanted to first exchange but they delayed it as well so I opted for return and now they are delaying it for more than 10 days...daily I get a call to reschedule my pickup and daily they don't pickup the. Order
And this is mentally exhausting condition for me...and such a waste of time and my money.

I AM A SELLER ON MEESHO. Meesho is cheating us. The products which we get broken then we put their claim on meesho, in that claim we share videos and photos to meesho. While opening the packet, we click its video and photo. It is clearly visible in the video that we have received the product broken or wrong product but even after seeing all these proofs, Meesho rejects all our claims. I have all the videos and photos against them, so you are requested to take strict action on Meesho.

My item was said to be delivered on 17th June but till now the status is at delivery center. Please kindly go through this issue and resolve it.

I raised a return request of a saree because saree quality was very poor, on 22 may I got a message from meesho that we will do pickup today please keep the product ready after that meesho pickup person called me @5.25 pm he told me that I am coming for return so he came to my door and I given him the product, but still I didn't get the refund 740 rs, and I called to meesho customer care so they are denying that pickup not done so we can't help you on this, we can arrange the pickup and after pictukup we can refund, so please tell me where I bring that saree and give them, already I given the product, the person whom I given regularly come to deliver product of meesho, I have cctv footage if you want I can share, please help me to refund my money, and this is not 1st time this type of thing happened 3times with me from meesho, now a days meesho delivery service are very disgusting, two times there person taken otp from me and not deliver my product, two times I lost my money, and meesho team deny to help me, they are sending people taking otp and not deliver the product, sending people for pickup and taking product from customer and refund the money.. in this day meesho is becoming a fraud company, they showing something in their app not giving other product, please do some necessary action, I lost somuch money in meesho please this time help me to refund my money

I'm chrisha Thapa I had ordered 5 products order no- Sub Order ID[protected]_1,
Sub Order ID[protected]_1, Sub Order ID[protected]_1, Sub Order ID[protected]_1, Sub Order ID[protected]_1 total sum 1251/- with UPI/MEESHO COM/[protected] on 31st of May 2023 for which I haven't received any payment confirmation from meesho .My bank has deducted. The amount and it's been 12 days I'm trying to reach out the correct t source to resolve my proble. But the help center has been very unsupportive spoken to executive Vandana, Amitabh, Deep out which Deep has been very argumentive and is been pushing the blame on bank

Just for your f.y.i have spoken to bank executive and they have confirmed that it been transferred if there would have been any mishap I would have received the return of amount within 5-7working day

I need you to kindly draw your attention on my problem as it's been 12 days now I'm struggling .If the situation prevails I would stop my purchase from your website also would circulate this issue to others about the service and support provided .

when I received package i have received both the order in single package as[protected]
When i open the package it has garbage bag and empty

When i have raised complaint they refunded the 520 for a single order out of two

Iam after company from 3months they gave me UTR NO[protected] for remaining 520 rupees order but that never credited and bank doesn’t have any information about this UTR

I had ordered a maternity top for myself, however I got admitted to the hospital in emergency and the product got delivered in my absence on 2nd June2023. Yesterday I came back home & opened the package to find torn rags inside instead of the product I had paid for. I was shocked. I tried to contact the customer care but they were quite insensitive and unhelpful. They kept saying " it is not our policy to return after 7 days, sorry for the inconvenience " without actually trying to do anything
or even realizing that they are cheating the unsuspecting & trusting customers. It is a very sorry state - of- affairs and I m surprised how do companies like Meesho have the brazenness to cheat customers so openly. And leave them to suffer & bear the brunt of it.

I have ordered a night suit on 31st May in meesho. I have paid by online payment. The order is not delivered until now. And amount is not return

I am not able to login to meesho app. I have 3 orders pending. I am not able to return them. When I contacted customer care they said my account is blocked. They didnt give me reason for blocking also they didnt mention me how to unblock. How can I get my refund ? I dont want their product. Quality is pathetic. I made full extra payment for all type of returns still they are saying nai hoga return. They are scam/fraud.

I have ordered a shirt on meesho on 31st May 2023. During payment, the amount of RS 315 got deducted from my account but the order is not placed on meesho.

I need the refund of the amount deducted.

I contacted the customer care support but they didn't resolve my issue.

I order2 set of cotton straight printed long kurti with palazzos on 2th June 2023, 10:16 PM. the total amount of two set of kurti is 994rs after discountThe supplier of the product is RJ Handicraft .
The product was delivered on 6th june 2023, 11:55 AM . I received the package from the courier boy . I opened the package and i got only one set of product but i ordered two quantity after some time I raised complain against the less quantity of the product but the complain not raised by the Meesho then I calls the customer support and tell the problem and they say they did not helped us. I tried so many times but they not helped us . ...
I want my money back or otherwise Meesho give me missing quantity of the product
