I have recieved garbage product instead of the product i ordered . I have been asking by refund for the last seven days but the my issuse is not been resolved . i recieved one sweater of child and one scraf and yellow dupatta.fraud has been done with us
.. i want My money back . please 🙏 refund my money..many times my request was cancelled by the mesho. Couple of time pick up boy came but refused to take the order with them saying that product is not adequate. When I talk to customer care on mesho they are saying we cannot refund your money back... I am requesting you refund my money back as soon as possible.

    Product delivered but not showing delivered in the app. hence, unable to return. On calling customer care multiple times, no resolution received from them. Even their seniors are not picking the call. Want my refund asap

      I am writing to report an incident of fraud that I experienced with one of your delivery boys. On 23/03/2023, I placed an order through the Meesho app and received a notification that the delivery would arrive on 23/03/2023. When the delivery boy arrived, I ask to cancel my product and for that he asks me OTP and I give him my OTP, After some time, I see that my UPI Id has changed.

      I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the delivery boy. Please let me know if you require any further information from me to process my complaint.

        I ordered a dress and 2 red bridal dupattas from Meesho on 19 & 20 Jan, 2023. I received my order on 22 Jan and 23 Jan, 2023. But I received the bad quality products for which I entered the return request and then on 27 Jan, 2023 my parcel was received by the pickup boy from shadow fax but he did not give me any slip nor did he send me an SMS for pickup. And then he took my parcel and cancelled the return. I still haven't received my refund. The pickup boys' contact number are [protected] (Prabhakar Tiwari) and [protected] (Nikky Anshul). Product id's are - Sub Order ID[protected]_1 Sub Order ID[protected]_1 Sub Order ID[protected]_2. I have complaint to meeso app, but everytime they generate ticket ids. There are so many ticket ids shared by them but no result till now. Ticket ids are 62288816, 60696753,[protected] [protected],[protected],[protected]. Meeso, refund my money. XPRESSBEES, Shadowfax Courier and Ecom Express refund my money.

          I received an old saree of 50rs instead of 673. customer care is not ready to return. not even confirm the return policy. ask her so many times about the return policy but she repeated only she doesn't know the policy.

          meesho only support the seller but did not even give a reason for NO RETURN.all are uneducated executives without any knowledge.only repeating RETURN NHI KAR SAKTE again and again.

          please provide a proper resolution to this.

          the seller has so much negative feedback about the wrong product but still your executive support only SELLER.
          Now Meesho is cheating the customers, it's a fraud company and asked contacts to avoid shopping from Meesho.

            I had ordered one dress of 1800/- in the month of Dec22. I had received the product and cash on delivery also given at the time of purchase. on second day I have returned order on the meesho app. but after wards on their app it is showing order is cancelled. I have done many calls and many emails to meesho but still i dont receive any refund. Now recent as per their mail received they are accepted their mistake and are ready to give my refund but still i did not receive any payment.

              Hello All,
              We ordered "Syon Square lock cap" from Messho on 8th Feb but delivered the wrong, damaged used product on 18th Feb. We have called customer care more than 20 times to replace or refund the money, but they take the request and arrange the Robo call for pickup. The call says do you want to rearrange the pickup or cancel, but no action from Messho team.

              Are you willing to replace the product or return the money if not I will proceed with legal actions from our end. Please find attached call logs, and screenshots for your reference. Complaint Number :[protected] &[protected],

                    I have ordered 4 products from Meesho from a seller (Pragati Handicrafts). One was ordered on 11 March, 2023 (order I’d[protected] & other three were ordered on 12 March,[protected]. But I received only 1 product on 15 March IN A SMALL BOX WITH TAG OF ALL FOUR IDS, AND LATER THE STATUS OF DELIVERY OF ALL FOUR PRODUCTS.

                    How can 4 larger decoration pieces be fitted into a small box?

                    I raised the complaint on the same day and has been following the same with no avail.

                    Though I have provided all the relevant evidences to them yet Meesho rejected my claim for refund with no proper reason.

                    My missing orders are:
                    1.[protected]_1 (Pragati handicrafts lady with basket home decor- pink).
                    2.[protected]_1 (Pragati handicrafts lady with basket home decor- green)&
                    3.[protected]_2 (Pragati handicrafts dog showpiece for home decor- standing dog with plate).

                    I have received only 1 of the orders of[protected]_3 ( Dog showpiece for home decor showpiece- sitting dog with basket).

                    I have all the emails of conversations where the customer care executives have taken no pains to address my issue. They neither called me back for clarification for claim rejection, nor emailed me the details. They sent the same email time and again. I received only one call from executive Kamlesh who told me to bear all the losses as Meesho won’t help.

                    I have the video o[censored]nboxing the received box but it’s not uploading due to size issues. Is there any email I’d where I can send the same along with other proofs?

                    Kindly refund back all my hard earned money. You can take back your only delivered product with original packaging for reference.

                      I placed a order on Meesho on 14th march Water purifier and on 17th march it was delivered to me when I opened the box there were pieces of wood and thermocol inside then I contacted customer care and they made a complaint on the of 18th march 11:41pm they issued refund .. but now it’s 23rd of march and I haven’t received any refund from Meesho when I call them they put me on long hold they asked me for bank statement I provided them but now they are putting me long holds 36minutes and long .. putting mental pressure on me I’m so much stressed please help me

                        I ordered six wallpaper items, but I only received one. I contacted the Meesho support team, and they instructed me to add a bank account to resolve the issue. This seemed suspicious to me because I had paid through a credit card, and they were asking me to add a bank account. Nevertheless, I added a bank account on February 20th, and they sent me an email to wait until March 2nd.

                        However, I only received a refund for one item on my credit card, and four item refunds are still missing. I am confused because if they refunded to my credit card, why did Meesho ask me to add my bank account? I suspect they are attempting a scam through bank accounts.

                        I contacted them again for the four-item refund, and they asked me to wait until March 10th, which is frustrating. However, even after March 10th, I did not receive any refund in my bank account, and they are still claiming that they have refunded me through my bank account.

                        So, I want to make a complaint against Meesho regarding the refund amount and mental harassment.

When we connect to customer care they mentioned there is no return & exchange of the product. & not transfering call to their seniors & we requesting again & again they just put our call on hold for a long period of time then disconnect the call. We shared Photo & video but no response.

                            I ordered an airpod named tws pro at a price of 340 rupees online via Google pay on 9th March 2023 at 4:10 pm but I cancelled my order at 4:28 pm because the delivery time was too long.But I didn't get my refund of 340 rupees I called the customer care several times but they only say that your money will be credited but it's not credited and it's over 5-8 days now.Please I need my money back!!

                              I have place an order on 13th march 2023, order id[protected] of lucknowi chikankari women hand work fancy gala buti kurti.The product was delivered on 18th March. I got different colour kurti. I have placed a return request on 18th march itself but the pickup boy cancelled the return because of QC. I called the customer support multiple times regarding this matter but they are saying product cannot be returned due to their policy although the product is returnable and return period is not over yet.they are putting return request again and again and cancelled it multiple times. Now it is showing that I cannot place the return request any more. I want my refund as I have got wrong product. Please check into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                  I ordered Planter stand from Meesho : Order number[protected].
                                  this was delivered on 28th feb and I placed return on very same day within 1 hour.

                                  My return has never been picked until now, and Meesho keeps cancelling the request. ( also, on app it states that it is canceled as per our request which is just lie and I am unsure how they can update this, as the cancellation has been happening from their side)

                                  I have escalated this multiple times and all my complaints have been closed without any solution or consents.

                                    I have ordered Ganesha statue for 246 on Feb 27, 2023. We don't get any calls or messages from delivery partner but received order has successfully deleivered on March 04, 2023 without OTP anything. I have called to help center and raised the complaint about this. I called them daily and each of the person raised complain for this daily but I don't get any solution yet. One of the employee Ankit told we have initiated refund on March 14, 2023. but I don't get any refund, I have received 228 for another non OTP delivered order. They asked me to share my bank statement. how can I share my bank statements with them? they didn't share any proof for refund. I hope this complaint will resolve my issue
