    Suddenly meesho blocked my account, two days ago received worse product, want to return it but not able to do so, called customer service and they told me "forget your money", don't cheat. I want my refund. @Meesho_Official

      Meesho is cheating their sellers in multiple ways. I am selling harem pants on meesho, first they gave me the wrong return. when I opened my package, it was filled with some useless iron pipe instead of my haren pants. When I raised the ticket, they said you should not have accepted it. I also send them proof of opening with whole video however they did not resolve the issue and closed it.

      After that, they started running ads for my account without taking my prior consent, They gave me a call and provided false information. They said they will run ad for the entire month of February for just Rs. 120. However they kept deducting the money every day and that costed me around Rs. 1000 until I raised the ticket to stop making ads for me,

      For the month of march also they did the same and this time, they did not even call me to ask to run ads, And they deducted Rs, 1, 135.61 from my account,

      I raised the ticket for multiple times, however they keep closing the issue and don't even try to resolve.

        Double payment taken by meesho

        Please check Order ID –[protected] that I have ordered a pair of jeans and payment mode is cash on delivery. When the order was received, I paid through Paytm, but due to the issue of internet, the first payment was not successful, and I paid the second time. Then i was checked my bank account history deducted 02 times of Rs. 239 order, now I don't get any response from Meesho for a refund. Please help me a refund of my payments.br...

        I have ordered 9 quantity product and received on 1 quantity and when returned i did not receive complete refund
        Raise complaint as well but no results

        Meesho have cleared decline the refund amount stating that

        As per verification of our records, we are unable to process your claim, as it is not meeting our policy guidelines.

        This ridiculous behaviour of the company in taking away customer’s hard earned money
        Please take action of such websites and banned them

          I am very disappointed with meesho customer care service they never reply or response back on time. And one more thing to add is such a poor delivery by there courier partner . my order was ready from the last 3 days but no body came to pick that up neither they call when we call they cut the call or do not pick up call . Because of that reason my already 3 orders has been cancelled. If it is going to continue the same way i am not going to continue my business with meesho anymore. And when i raise ticket and get the call they do not have any answer of that and they will say they will exclate the issue and you will get the call but after that they will be no response and they will close the ticket without giving any response.

                  I ordered five pieces of shirts and I received one lady top and sticked an invoice that four shirts in the package and I replaced the order and contacted costomer care and now they're mailed that as per our guidelines we are unable to process the refund or replacement

                      I have received the package from meesho which is not ordered from me Or my account I have paid 599rs for this order which I was saving for my pay leter bill i called the customer care on the same day they told me to drop a main to meesho i have dropped mail and i got a call saying that they will be receiving my refund amount within 2 to 3 days it's been 1 week still I'm not getting respond on this and again I tried to call to the customer care 4 times they are repeating the same dialogue that thy have some technical issues can't check my ticket which is raised from me
                      And now I have to pay my pay leter amount of 1700 thy have charged 100 for late payment I have 1100 with me but which I paid for not my courier if thy refund the amount I could have pay the bill on time bcz of there Negligence I got 100rs fine and I have not got refund as well
                      I don't want to pay any single penny bcz it's completely there mistake
                      Kindly look into the matter

                      I need refund as well I dnt want to pay any extra charges on my bill

                        I ordered a saree from Meesho but I received an empty package. I asked delivery executive to take it back but he refused to take it back and asked me to raise a complaint. I contacted Meesho support several times and I approached via social media platform Twitter and shared video proof but still they are not ready to deliver the product or reimbursement. I got cheated by the seller or the delivery partner but here Meesho is not taking the reaponsibility.

                          I made a purchase of 5 sarees on the Meesho app, but I only received 2 of the sarees, even though the billing indicated that there were 5 sarees in the order. The order IDs for the 2 received sarees were[protected]_1 and[protected]_1, but I did not receive the sarees associated with ID[protected]_1. Upon contacting Meesho customer service, a missing complaint was registered with ticket number[protected] and they informed me that the amount(Rs.774) would be credited to my account on 31.03.2023. However, I still have not received the money. When I called Meesho again, they requested that I provide my bank statement to reveal my account details, which I am hesitant to do as it contains private information.
                          I would like to resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

Is seller made the mistake or the delivery partnership? Meesho is not ready to deliver the product order or reimbursement. I contacted several times to meesho support and approached via social media platform Twitter and shared the video proof as well but I got the below response:
                            "We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept your claim that you have received Garbage & Empty Box for Order ID:[protected].

                            We regret to inform you that your claim is not eligible for reimbursement. After a thorough review, we have determined that your claim does not meet our established criteria and guidelines for claim resolution and reimbursement.

                            We regret the inconvenience it has caused."

                                I Ordered A Product In Meesho On 3rd March And Delivery Was Supposed To Be On 17 March And When I Tracked The Location It’’S Showing In Guwahati, It’s Been More Than 15 Days . I Have Talked With The Customer Service Of Meesho Thrice But It’s Always The Same Result And I Cannot Cancel As It Is Prepaid. I’ll Be Really Thankful If This Situation Can Be Solve By The Earliest.

                                    Bedsheet was sold through Meesho Supplier by Blossom Exotic, Ahmedabad. Product was dispatched as per order. In transit, product was cancelled by buyer and was supposed to be returned back to us. But, after raising various tickets also. No one is responding on Meesho & they are closing ticked without solution.

                                      I had ordered a blue and yellow chikankari kurti from Tehzeeb Chikan Handicraft.

                                      The seller is such a big SCAMMER that instead of 2 kurtis, he sent me ONE kurti, that also a completely different and incorrect kurti. I initiated return of this product four times but the delivery boys refused to pick up the package all four times because of product mismatch.

                                      I called at Meesho customer care multiple times stating them about the missing product and product mismatch, and asking them to initiate a return from their side under Non Quality Check (QC) so that the item can be returned. None of the customer care executives initiated the return under non QC even after assuring me of the same.

                                      Now the customer care executive is telling me the item can't be returned. And for the missing item, the refund you had initiated, now you are refusing that as well. What kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is this? Or have you opened Meesho to cheat people by keeping such sellers and non-cooperative customer service.

                                      Is it my fault that the seller cheated me and sent me one item instead of two and that also a wrong item? Why will I bear the cost of the item which I didn't even order?

                                      Strict action should be taken against such sellers.

                                      None of the Meesho customer care executives cooperated with me or helped my case. I have been harrassed by the seller and Meesho executives a number of times when I seeked for a solution. This is day light robbery by Meesho and the seller and the worst part is I have never in my life faced such a customer care service where wrong assurance was given and now finally no action is being taken for this. The customer care is refusing on my face to give a solution.

                                      What kind of service is this Meesho? How can you go back from your mail when you assured in written about the reimbursement?

                                      This kind of cheating and harrassment can't go on.

                                      Please initiate the return of the product under non QC immediately and refund my amount immediately.

                                      I will have to start writing on social media handles about this cheating business and planned harrassment and raise this case at consumer forum if you don't take action on this immediately.
