Meesho — Fake product and not taking return

I have ordered two dresses from meesho one of them have size issue i initiated return but first they updated will be picked up after three days and finally on 7 th without any attempt they cancelled pickup and i lost 945 of that dress and then again i ordered a designer lehnga worth 1145 got something completely cheap quality delivered and now it's more than 48 hrs. They have even not generated return. I m faded of calling customer care team they only say 24-48 hrs everytime. I genuinely request u to help me get out of this trap and expose this fraud site. This is my last hope with u guys i m literally suffering with mental trauma please help.

I ordered saree of 688 rupess, They sent me kurti when created return request in Application saying wrong product.it took after 2 hours my Meesho application started not working.
When we call customer care they say issue will resolve in 24-48 hours, when i shouted on them to place a complaint they keep the call in hold.

Please do not buy from Meesho they are very fake.

I order a smart watch through Meesho, with prchase order number[protected], invoice date[protected], Rs 1687. But I received two bricks instead of Smart watch. I called their customer care number more than ten times, but they are not giving me proper answer. I needed cash return back or product as mentioned in purchase invoice order. i think they are cheating. so everyone think twice before ordering a product from meesho

I have ordered lehanga they have shown the original picture but after I received the courier I got one cheap cloth which is irrelevant it costs 750 rupees..I will never install meesho app in my life and its a trap for people who are buying for cheap costs and making people mad such a cheap app meesho never play with people who genuinely trust your company and paying amount online is risk without actually looking into the product.
