For the past couple of days someone is ordering from his account with delivery address as my home, my contact number and my mom's name.
When called on meesho customer care, they are hanging up the call directly after listening to the situation.
They are not taking any action or not even sharing the account from which the order has arrived under my name and contact.

I raised my return request..and got a comment like wrong product..again I uploaded pic for return even though both picture have clean clarity of product.still no one picked return..I called many time n emailed..but I got a reply like with in 7 days you need to request..which I did..after lot of call n email no use..meesho is a customer harashing app..I uninstalled this app and I will make sure my surroundings whom I know..I will uninstall the app from their phone and I pray God app doest make money in future and bankrupt soon.Meesho ate 690 rupees of me..meesho is a beggar.beggar snatched money from me

      I'm Gowshiga, a Meesho user.My customer ordered a curtain cost 495 on July 7 and the excepted delivery date is given on July 17 but today is July 25. But yet the order didn't received.They made their payment through Net banking . But the order didn't received yet. My customer worries a lot. The tracking id shows the date of 13 July.The order id is [protected]. Please make the order as soon as possible.

        I'm very rude to this app, because I ordered some shirt with xxl size but received xl size.again I exchanged it and again the xl instead of xxl size. I received the exchange product on this July 2nd. From then it is showing that exchange and return is not available in the app, from the 2nd July onwards I call the customer care daily, they always told me wait for 24 to 48hours, you'll be provided with return. I'm writing this review on July 22nd.till now my problem is not solved

          Fake product and not taking return

          I have ordered two dresses from meesho one of them have size issue i initiated return but first they updated will be picked up after three days and finally on 7 th without any attempt they cancelled pickup and i lost 945 of that dress and then again i ordered a designer lehnga worth 1145 got something completely cheap quality delivered and now it's more than 48 hrs. They have even not generated return. I m faded of calling customer care...

          Complaint from Soorya vineesh .she ordered a fancy designer top and the customer didn't like that..the return of the product is unavailable and she parceled it to the meesho adress...the amount of the product is not return to the customer .

            Mane Meesho se 5 Chain order ki thi jo 5 chain order ki jiski cost mane custmer ko 250 batai thi apna margin lgake so custumer ne 5 chain order ki to vo 1250 ki hui but mane usko 1150 ki di so hua kya custumer ke pas order aya or usne 1150 rs diye or ghar ake dekha to usme 1 chain receive hui vo b custumer ko 35 km dur jana pada lene
            And uske bd fr mane Exchange ki Request daldi ki 5 chain order ki thi 1 hi chain aai to vo wapis le gya uske bd dusri chain bheji hogi unhone to Custmer ko bola ki dubara km lene aao custumer n bola ap aao apki duty h so vo gy ni unhone products wapis bhej diya Supplier ko or ab mere pas bsss maere pas 1 chain aai thi mane 1 chain wapis bheji jiski cost 140 rs thi so muje 140 rs hi wapis kiye inhone 1150 -550 = 600 600 me se inhone muje 140 rs diye h bsssss

                We received a product of earrings which we never ordered.My mother received it when i was not home and paid the COD amount.

                When we checked with courier company they said it is ordered from meesho.

                When we called meesho customer care they said we are creating complaint no.and till now we have never received any call from them.

                Both Meesho and this courier company ECOM express are doing this scam to loot people.

                    I had ordered Baby Bicycle (Order number: [protected]) but delivery boy conveniently returned it without my consent because he was too lazy to carry baby bicycle so I had to ordered the product again (Order number:[protected]) and after tracking orders I found that yet again their delivery boy sent the product back giving fake reason - "customer not available".
                    In conclusion, I found that Meshoo's delivry partner Ecom Express has hired dishonest workforce who are paid even when items are not delivered so they have found a way of making more money returning customer's goods giving fake reasons whatsoever than working honestly.

                    If Meshoo doesn't fix this issues customers would switch to Amazon and Flipkart.

                                On 8th july 2021, I ordered a set of 100 (3 ply) masks that was provided with free earphone but the product delivered to me on 13 july 2021, didn't contain the free earphones moreover the product quality is also poor.

                                    I'm a reseller at meesho. I've placed an order on meesho app., and did the payment of 1328/-. The payment has been deducted from my account but order isn't placed. I tried to contact on the given helpline no. But the call failed to connect. I also tried to mail but failed.
