I orders some product on 27 june2021. But till now it had not delivered but on meesho site it shown delivered.. As I already paid for it.. No customer care service... No response of email. As I do many emails. Iamvery disappointed.

I have an order received (COD) from Meesho company but I don't have an account in this company so how can I received an order. I have rejected that product. So can you please look into this who was created account with my mobile number and order placed?

I tried placing order of a dress of rs. 298 but the order is not placed though the money is deducted from my account. I tried contacting them but they did not respond.

I ordered Lehenga from Mesho worth rupees 650 on 14th June. Instead of my ordered dress some wrong order came. I requested for return. Delivery boy came and picked up the wrong dress but I still didn't receive any refund yet.

I placed order in meesho, Rs.492/-amount has been deducted from my account but order is not placed. I want my money back.

Return request rejected again and again and the reason mentioned that picture not clear upload clear image. While I have uploaded 4 pictures clearly...is it a joke you guys are doing ... firstly that seller send me wrong product and now meesho start cheating... customer service Also not supportive ..they put my call on hold for approx 15 minute ... rediculse service meesho...now they are not accepting my return request...I have lost my money

I had ordered a bag of rs. 308, i paid with google pay and the money got deducted, i have seen bank statement, there was money deducted, but Meesho app says payment didn't get accepted got failed, but I didnt get my money back
then I tried payment again, money got deducted again but this time it got accepted..but haven't received money for my first failed order..

I am Manisha Sah complaining for the irresponsible behaviour of meesho app and Meesho consumer services. I had returned 3 items but never received the refund for the same. I have been constantly trying to connect with their consumer care but every time they make excuses for the last 5 months. They keep asking to add the bank details even though the details are added in the App. Refund was supposed to be processed in February 2021 but it is July and they seem least bothered, They harass customers and do fraud with them.

I have a record of all the conversations where they made fake promises to refund the money.
I hope this issue will be looked upon seriously as Meesho is unethically luring people from poor households to become resellers and looting them.

My product was picked.up on.15 may and refund was not initited till now .Called customer care 5 times they say update bank details that was done 2 times after 4 -5 days u will get ur refund but no response from their side.
Seller should keep this thing in mind sending wrong products ..Crona company products was there it's 1089 bugs ..hard earned money by a person..nd u r just eating it

I tried to place an order at meesho through phone pe mode ..money got debited from the account, payment is successful but order not placed ..

It is for the first time that i m ordered through meesho and such a bad experience. I have paid the money (224₹), but the order isn't placed. I want a refund

I have purchased an item from Meesho. I placed a return request for the same on 27th June, 2021. The Ecom Express person called me to pick up the return package on 28th June, 2021. I handovered the package and he didn't provided any slip. On the same day, I received a message saying that I was unavailable to handover the package. I called and checked with the same number, but there is no response.

Payment has been detucted from my account but order is not placed. I have paid them twice . what should I do now??? 26 June 2021

I am a regular customer of Meesho shopping app, I had order 3 sarees on June 11, 2021 through Meesho app vide order no.[protected]. The was expected to be delivered by seller namely VAIDEHI GARMENTS on June 23, 2021.

On June 16, 2021, a packed was delivered having full details of our ordered product like no. of product, price of product which is 2, 043.00 Rs (By the delivery man named Prakash Chandra Verma, Mob:[protected].

After opening the said packet we found that we have been cheated as it only contained old, torned off 3 pieces sarees. We had contacted to the Meesho helpline number upon which they saught for label and pictures of the product which we provided them as required.

However, with respect to our complain no. 10350578 Meesho replied that this is not there concern and this order was not proccesed on there site also burdened us to deal with suplier and courier boy/company.

It clearly indicates lapses on Meesho app by providing customer sensitive data to the third party. If seller has not shipped this product how someone else can know the exact order details and exact amount .

In view of the above you are requested to seriously look into this case as it is seems to be cheating by Meesho hand in gloves with seller.

Hello i but the kitchen wooden cutlery set on 16th June 2021 and I paid through Google pay.. My amount is deducted but I haven't received the order nor the refund..so I want my money back.

I had order a men kurta from Meesho, whose payment was done through phone pe mode, the payment has been deducted from the account but the order is not completed.

Actully my denim jacket is ordered and th delivery date is 23/621 but it is not ddelivered...
