They delivered fake product

Hello there

I received wrong product worth Rs.950 from Meesho application on 6th April, I ordered lehenga frock of onion colour and received defective piece of clothes of colour black and green, when I told them that you delivered wrong product then they said that we are not delivered that product to you.
I don't understand that how my data which I shared only with the Meesho application are shared to another person.There...

Amount deducted order not placed

I've tried to order a data cable in meesho app, but while making payment my amount have been debited from my bank account but the order is not placed.So kindly place the order or refund my amount...

Payment not received

I placed two orders and returned the product due to material quality. But I haven't received the refund amount. 1st order placed on 12th March 2021. On 20th March pickup has been completed. Order No.[protected]. Payment of Rs.620 is not received. Second Order placed on 19th March 2021. Returned on March 25th 2021. Refund of amount Rs.601 is not received. Order No.[protected]....

Not getting refund

We have ordered a product from meesho we had returned that product on 19 and after that they said that you will get you refund in 5 to 8 days but I didn't get the refund in 5 to 8 days.then I called them they said that you wait you will get your refund in some days but didn't get . yesterday I again called them they said you will get your refund on 5 April 2021 but they the refund didn't came .so please I I want my refund back I am waiting...

Meesho is not returning the defective product

Hello,
On 31st march i received a broken personalised photo frame but after repeatitively initiating return shadowfax courier not returning my product saying QC not approved. I am getting so much harrassed no one providing proper resolution. I beg you to resolve my problem. Please....

Meesho isnt picking up the faulty product I want to exchange

Dear sir, yesterday i had received 1 toothpaste dispenser n toothbrush rack combo( Order #[protected] with INR 120 COD from Meesho via AWB courier partner. I found one parts of the dispenser was missing which forced me to exchange the product. The courier partner sent msg to my mobile to pick up the product. Complaint regarding Meesho Order

On[protected] i order 2 quantity of kurta & pant set from meesho for ₹1450 (₹725 each set ) which i was estimated to be deliver on[protected]. but i got early delivery as on[protected]. I opened the parcel and got to know that i recieved only 1 set of kurta & plazzo
( that's not even a pant which was mentioned on site )

Secondly, i return the same parcel as on[protected]. and got the message that I'll receive only...

Hi,
I am meesho customer since August 2020, unfortunately there was payment ₹320 was made three times for product and first one got refunded and 3rd was order placed but the 2nd amount ₹320 was not refunded till now.

At the same time the 3rd payment made order also was delivered.

Looking for a resolution here.

Missing of product and delay in responding

Respected sir/madam,

I've ordered 2 ganesha idol& I paid 239/- for the same. but I'd received a small parcel on 17feb &the envelope saying it has 3 items in it. But when I opened it, I could see only 1 idol with 10 incense come. I got disappointed & placed return request on 18feb. They picked up the product & processed practical refund of 122/- so again I raised my concern to them on 19th Feb, they blindly again sent pickup...

Related to the exchange order pick up

My account is suspended in order to escape from the refund

Hi Team,

My account at Meesho is suspended. My contact number is "+917981...23" but on the bill the contact number is wrongly printed as "[protected]". When I spoke to the Customer Executive they gave me the reason of information mismatch. This was not my fault because in the app I can see my number correctly. I dont know why my number is printed wrongly in the bill.

I made few orders in Meeshowand I received...

Not returning money

I have ordered few product from meesho, but received completely different pattern of the product (inaccurate website description).The products are damaged, design is different and has very bad smell.
I am unable to raise return since my account is blocked by Meesho.I called customer care many times but they bluntly said they can't do anything.I even asked then what will I do with such damaged product, they did not have answer for this.I...
