Meesho — Flagged meesho account

My meesho account is flagged since july 31st.
i ordered a total of Rs 7803, and got Rs 3168 in returns of the product.
but now rest of money (Rs 2803) is with meesho.
payment of Rs 7803 was done online on 26th of july.
i request meesho to accept the return of non delivered things, refund it and return the rest of my money.
