Meesho — Freeze the account

I have purchased a suit from them in 1285 rs for someone and now after delivery in the morning. Now they have freezed/Closed my account by saying that i should read terms and conditions whereas i have not done anything wrong.

Now i want to return this product and they have 7 days return policy but they have freezed my account so i am not able to do that.

I am feeling like I have been cheated please help me.

I have recieved completely different item from meesho so I opted for return and refund . They pick up the item from me and have not sent the refund. When i was trying to contact them, i have noticed that they freezed my account without any of my suspicions action. I feel like I have been cheated . Please help me out . The same thing happened for two of my orders on meesho .
