I haven't got my money back
I ordered a churidar set on meesho (White colour) on dec 20 for 559/-which was cancelled by the supplier. But on dec 26, i received a parcel of 559/- from meesho which i didn't order and the product was incorrect and damaged. It was a ghost order that was didn't order by me, i bought the parcel because i thought it was the product which i ordered.. And it has been a 14 days now i am contacting the meesho customer care service complaining about pickup. They've done the pickup for the product on january 3 now today is january 9, i am daily contacting the customer care but they are putting my call on hold after i mention my issue. All of them does the same. One day i got a call and they even verified my bank account but refund is not processed yet.
