I ordered a churidar set on meesho (White colour) on dec 20 for 559/-which was cancelled by the supplier. But on dec 26, i received a parcel of 559/- from meesho which i didn't order and the product was incorrect and damaged. It was a ghost order that was didn't order by me, i bought the parcel because i thought it was the product which i ordered.. And it has been a 14 days now i am contacting...

According to my opinion, just to be in profit, Meesho is giving free hands to customer as well as courier partner to do anything.
Since overall authority to pass the claim with him, so he knows how to reject the claim.& then they both share the profit margin & in all this, seller faces a huge loss.
First Shadowfax is like a full scam company, No any representative of company to solve the problem. They even paste the return label of yours, if its not your parcel, so that they can just fulfill their responsibility.
Second Xpressbees, they bring lots of wrong return & not a single claim pass of that.

Meesho has flagged my account with intimation a broken product is send by them and i cannot return it because my account is not opening and they send me a product which was not order by me and the refund of which was promised to me but I didn’t receive the refund as well and the customer service executive has no answers to any of this.

I had ordered 2 products under order id[protected]. Leotude t shirts
As size wasn't fitting, I issued a refund return request.

My return was stalled as it said "Pickup address is not serviceable". The customer care asked to self ship. It costed me Rs130/- via Professional courier to return ship the item to seller. I shipped on 18-dec and it was received by seller on 19 Dec 2023. I have not received refund yetbr...

I raised the complaint after checking the tracking history. No one delivered this order. I have CCTV installed in my building. No one showed up and the order was not delivered. Provide me the delivery person contact number or get in touch with me and visit my house. I'll show you the CCTV footage.

Hi,

I had purchased a saree from Meesho but I received a diffrent color so I returned that prodcut to Meesho on dated[protected]. I received message from company side on dated[protected] that amount has been credited in my account but till now I didn't get my amount.
Request you to please take action against this.

I received missing product trouser was not there and your customer service is not taking back the product after so many complaints they are putting my call on hold for more then 28 minutes ND not responding me on time I want my money back any how and take your product back

Iam a seller in meesho for past 2 months . my product is a cookware set and I send sub order number[protected]_1 to customer through meesho but customer returned informing it is a wrong product and when I received the product on 23rd nov 2023 in return I find its is a used old saree and I requested for refund but rejected claim saying the sides of packet not visible . everything is clear in video still denied . also another order number[protected]_1 customer returned the item on 8th dec 2023 but in that 2 box delivered only one box received in return and the other box is missing still they rejected saying delivered correct product and moreover I have to pay returns charges also . my 2 box is gone and more than 1000 fine for return . total loss

I ordered 3 items in same order and i received only 2 items and 3rd one is missing and looking at the package it can only carry 2 items and no more than that and upon calling meesho they are declining for refund or giving me the missing item with reason that it is not meeting there T&C where as on there T&C it says reseller are responsible for end to consumer delivery

Im complaining about my refund that i ordered 2 pairs of lehangas costing 851 and 744 from same seller.I got products delivered on 8th and to my surprise i recived onlyone product but i paid 1595 to the delivary boy. I claimed missing product complain but still my issue is not ressolved the customer care people are saying they cant refund.
