It couldn't accept the return request

i am a seller on meesho. One of the customer returned the order claiming incomplete product, but when I checked returned order it was complete and correct order. Now i had to ship exchange order for returned item as well as i was charged 185rs for return shipping ( for 160rs order item ) even when order item is right.
Now i am not sure why customer exchanged right product but isn't meesho supposed to ensure that only genuine wrong/defective products are returned to seller for seller has to bear return shipping charges, cause some delinquent customer who misuse this easy return cause loss to seller.
So I complained about this on meesho seller support with unboxing video. Meesho called me, i explained the issue and the person on other end just ends the call. They are not calling back nor responding via text.
please help. Return shipping for no real reason is unjust especially when return charges are so high. 185s is my profit from 4 orders on meesho .

Complaint Against Misho - Order ID[protected]_1

Dear consumer forum,

I am writing to file a complaint against Meesho regarding my recent order with the Order ID[protected]_1 for the product "A4 Copier Paper 70 GSM 500 Sheets For Office and House Use."

I placed the order on 21st November, with a shipping date initially stated as 23rd November. However, this date was later changed to 24th November, and despite several assurances from Meesho’s customer service, my order was not shipped until 27th November. Later on, the order was eventually canceled.

What adds to my dissatisfaction is the fact that the product's price at the time of my order was 189 rupees. Meesho is now listing the same product at 366 rupees. I feel cheated as I paid the agreed-upon price, and it appears that Meesho is cancelling orders selectively based on subsequent price changes.

I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Meesho for their unprofessional conduct and apparent violation of consumer rights. Such practices are not only deceptive but also harm the trust consumers place in online platforms.

Kindly help at urgent by as from about a month Meesho is misguiding in more than 100 call/chats/emails & doing mental torture by doing frauds as:-
1. Order ID:[protected]_1 (Online payment of 2 Items of Pink Duppta set)
2. Booked date: 31 October 2023 (i.e., amount 1105 INR paind online at same time)
3. Currier given only 1 item in place of 2 on 3 Nov (Which is again a fraud)
4. Reported the Meesho Customer care at same time and raised numerous requests & complains (Tracking ID: R[protected]FPL Courier: Shadowfax)
5. Pick up of 1 item done on 5 Nov it self and also shared the receiving to Meesho
6. Till date still struggling to get the whole refund amount (i.e., 1105 INR)

I ordered a green denim jacket from my sister's account it's estimated delivery date was 22nd of nov but on friday 17th of nov I got an update that my product is out for delivery I recieved a call from delivery agent he said sorry I can't deliver it today will do it tomorrow and he marked it as door closed next day I waited and called him he said I will come when after Some time I again called him he said I am on Leave will deliver it tomorrow...

This is very pathetic to inform you the way your delivery boys are talking to the customer.

Today my parcels gonna deliver and delivery boy called me i was on a differet call so when i finished my call i called him back thrice which he disconnected.

Now he is messaging and threatening me that i will cancel your order and we dnt have time to deliver the order

I ordered Non-sticky 750WIron Press in 10 numbers (order no.[protected] however I received only one piece.
Then after few days I complained about same and was asked to link my account. I did so and in the process my 7 day return period crossed. I complained again and was told now nothing can be done.
I spoke to three customer care executives whom I asked to connect me to their senior who could guide me the way forward because I am genuinely complaining of missing quantity and have paid my hard earned money for 10 quantity of the product. But no one connected me saying senior will also not be able to help and put me on long hold coming back all the times that senior is busy. Meesho please let me know who in your company will help a customer to provide a RESOLUTION of genuine problem. No one is ready here to provide a solution

I have been delivered a broken product and we have raised for return but delivery agent is not picking up the product and saying it’s too big will pick up next time . The very next moment they are mentioning in the pickup fail message that quality check has failed. We have complained there customer care but not getting any resolution.

I ordered badsheet on messho website online but when It get delivered on 6 November then the quality is very bad and also the design is not same as shown in online site
Comparing to this badsheet the cost price is also high
I was try to return this product but nobody will come. SO, I request you to take your product and give me my money

Product is missing in the packet, we can't found the product, only packet take by me .So as soon as possible show this problem and return my product .

I had ordered two different order ids from my account. One order id is[protected]_1. In this order four jeans were ordered; only 1 was delivered and 3 were missing. The other id is[protected]_1. In this order two tops were ordered but only 1 was delivered. I have returned all the packages but I have not received the refund for 3 missing jeans and for 1 missing top. Kindly refund the money....

I had ordered two items. Given are two order Ids. One is[protected]_1. In this order two jeans were to be delivered; but only one was delivered in the package. Other one is[protected]_1. In this order two tops were to be delivered; but only one was in the package. So I would like to request company to refund me all the money since I have returned the package.

I placed an order on the meesho app on 5th. I live in Chennai and my parcel reached chennai on the 9th. It's 15th today and it haven't been delivered to me till today. They are playing around. When I called their customer service, they were playing around giggling and putting my call on hold. I already read plenty of complaints about meesho and shadowfax. They are frauds. They are playing along and doing frauds. I need my money soon.

I have ordered choli suit, which dark Rani color, but you have send me old and very dirty sarri. my order no.[protected] and Delery No.[protected]. So I requesting you take your dirty product and returned my money.

I have received a ghost order from meesho as I thought it was sent by my husband but later he told he didn't sent, later I contacted meesho customer care but they asked me for 72hrs time to pick up and to initiate me refund, but it's been 6days again they are asking me for proper contact number and residence address of mine through mails I replying to those mails again they are not checking those mails and and now today itself they are asking me to wait for again 72hrs, am 9th month pregnant and in few days and going to labour and disappointed with the meesho customer care and fed up to respond to those people, my responding properly and they are not taking responsibility to a regular customer of meesho they didn't respond properly being a pregnant woman they made me to face problem.

Escalation_Incorrect product delivered - Sub Order ID[protected]_1
On the 7th of October, I ordered an item from meesho app for 424 rupees.
The item was delivered on October 16th.
When I opened the package, I discovered that it contained a completely different product.
I purchased 12 bowls but received a poor two-piece plastic packaging (see attached product photo).

When I tried to return the product, the quality kept failing because there were no 12 bowls in the box.

How come there will be 12 bowls if I was given a different product?

Its completely scam. I want my money back.

I placed an ordered of 2 Quantity of this product id[protected]_1 . But I have received only 1 quantity. It was a combo of 3 pieces set and I ordered 2 Quantity which means it should be 6 pieces in total but I have only received 3 pieces please refund me my amount or deliver the another quantity.

I tried reaching out to meesho customer care but they are not helping me on this.

Hi Sir/ Madam,

I was ordered Aerosilver-Merchant Silver Glider Air Purifier which is one quantity. In the order they mentioned that it comes with perfume bottle with spray cap in the images.

Ordered on 22nd October 2023.
Received it on 28th October 2023 with partial product accessories (There is no spray bottle cap).
I was initiated a Exchange on same day because it is not allowing me for return request.

The product today (8th November 2023) received again with missing Spray bottle cap.

I reached out to Customer care and they said that, they can't do the needful because it is not under return policy.

I need full refund for the product. I am ready to return the product. Please do the needful.

And always return and half mtr fabric or another fabric we raised complain on meesho many time but no resolution.. please help example image attached
