Meesho — Increase in RTO charges, No refund for wrong RTO products

Meesho automatically increases the weight of RTO products. My product weight is grams, but when there is RTO meesho automatically changes it to 504 grams.

I also don't get a refund for the wrong RTO products. I always record videos before unpacking. When I raise a ticket for wrong RTO, they say, 'product has been altrered'
