Meesho — Item ordered is a foot pump, item received is a sticker

Order ID[protected] FOOT PUMP from Tithi_creation.
Instead of foot pump I received a wall sticker.
Return requested on 28.6.2025. Pickup person arrived today but refused to accept the product as the image of the product is not matching. I had already shared the image of the item I received on the same day of receipt.

I want to return this box, get refunded for Rs.167/- and I want the Tithi_creation company to be blacklisted as they are frauds.
