Meesho — Late delivery of product

I ordered the product on 11th December 2021, till today the product was not delivered with your negligence.
You gave me the delivery date as 21st Dec then again changed it to 25th Dec and now it is changed to 27th Dec, how many days it will take to deliver .If they are unable to deliver then cancel the order and refund amount.
Is this is good for your app, why should we order in your app if you are doing service like this.

I raised the issue with meesho through mail but they did not accepted it. Whenever I am trying calling their call center it is disconnecting.
