I have received a Duplicate product under Order ID[protected]_1 for Loreal Professional XTenso Care. The supplier was Zara Store and have got the product details checked with the Loreal Team. The Loreal team has confirmed the products are duplicate. Request you to take legal actions against the suppliers as well as process me the appliable refund or genuine product
