I made the payment through yes bank net banking but order was not showing confirmed on meesho app…… Either give my money back or place my order

I places an order on meesho on 19th june, 2022(order id:[protected]. it was delivered on 23rd june. due to size and quality issue i places an return request on the same day. the tracking id for pick up was R[protected]FPL. no one came to pick the product by i was notified that my request was rejected due to mismatch of product handover. i called their help centre. they did not register any complaint and told me generate request once again. i did so but i receive same response again. i called the help centre again on 3rd july. they were unable to give any information about the product return. i requested them to resolve the issue quickly as i was going to be out of station for the next 14 days. they did not give any satisfying answer. it is obvious that after 14 days i will not be able to return the product as the time will be over and i will not get any refund. besides the seller is clearly accusing me of forgery by stating I am returning the wrong product.

Today, I order on meesho, did Payment via Google pay but my order is not placed.money deducted from my account. This is second time happening with me. On 18th dec 2021 same issue happed, I talked to customers care but problem not resolve, I didn't get my money back not I get the product which I order, same problem is happens today.. Please take seriously action on this, I lost my money

I was ordered 4 Jeans worth ₹1200 from Meesho but I received some dirty & used cloths from meesho. Today I raise the complaint to Meesho they promises the replace the product within 3 day. Lets see what happens.

On 30th june orderd dress from meesho and dis google pay upi payment money got debited from account and order not placed and meesho dening for refund i even have transactions id

It blocked my account because according to them I returned too many times of course if the person is not satisfied with the products they will return it, & literally all of its product are absolutely different from the pictures shown its only obvious that I return it the dress I ordered is so cheap and definitely not as shown in the picture, also i have received so many orders wherein the colour was different and the design pattern everything was different I also received entirely different products so many times but I never complained before as it could be easily returned. I had been using it since a lot of time i never thought this would happen. I was satisfied if at the end of the day i could return the products I was dissatisfied with. But definitely not the case now .A warning must be given but no such warning or prior notification was given. I really hope it doesn’t happen with any more of you please be careful. I lost ₹1300. I kept on buying because i thought if at all I didn’t like the product I can always return it, it literally advertises easy returns everywhere but it blocked my account so i couldn’t return my items. Meesho is cheating us all. In its terms and conditions it states that it takes no guarantee or warranty of the products sold and that is on us to see that the seller is trusted or not, if we don’t receive the product or anything meesho has no obligations pertaining to it. But it doesn’t take any guarantee because it knows all products aren’t always good in quality or as described in the information. That is the whole point of return. There are also products that I ordered and absolutely loved and didn’t return because they were what I was expecting and as shown in the pictures. I ordered a lot and most of the products were of such cheap quality and definitely not how the seller was claiming so obviously I returned them. But they just flagged my account so I can’t return anything. This is not fair. Their website also mentions that we can return any product that we’re dissatisfied with.

Product damage was found by Meesho and even after filing the return, the company did not return, no action was taken even after repeatedly complaining

I had done a payment for order with upi ref no:[protected] on june 11 2022 and they have assured redund after checking in 7 - 14 days and on 20th day day are claiming that no such transaction had ever happned,

I received Scratch and Win card claiming that i have won 12.5 lakhs. The scheme also ask for bank account details and also for deposit of processing fee and government taxes etc to enable claim if the prize money.

I believe this is fraud even as per various discussion in online forums.

I wish to lodge complaint with necessary action

I had ordered two shirts, which were of inferior quality and then I placed a return request. There is no update from the logistics partner. Than I get suddenly an update that your address is incomplete

I have ordered gown from Meesho app with order no[protected]_1 on 21st June 2022.
As per app product is delivered on 25th June. We don’t know to whom product is delivered as we have been Kedarnath shrine and came back on 27th June.
I tried reading customer care as well but accepting my complain, there are denying that I am late in applying issue.

I order 2 frocks but i get only one when i open it and i pay 924 for 2 frocks and i return that 1 frock too to get my return but now they say that they refund only 460 rs of 1 frock so I refund my money back 924 which i paid for 2 frocks but i got only one and i return that one frock too

I have ordered a product from meesho, payment is already done through UPI. But suddenly product status is shown as delivered, and I haven't received any call from delivery person. No proper response from the support team. They are just saying sorry, but not promising product delivery as well as not willing to refund the money.

I have ordered an earphone worth 352. When order came as usual took box paid the delivery boy when opened found box to be empty. From 3 days calling customer care and executive but nobody helping. I want my refund or ordered item. Why cheating people like this this is my worst experience ever had in online shopping.

Why should I pay 352 for just empty box.. Please help...

I placed prepaid order on Meesho for 4 number bedsheets on 05.06.2022 order number[protected]. My online payment Transaction number is BIL/ONL/[protected] for Rs 5157. I received 1 number bedsheet with 4 number bedsheet billed on 10.06.2022. I raised complaint with Meesho on 11.06.2022 complaint number 34216294. Meesho refuse to pay for missing 3 number bedsheets. I raise complaint with INGRAM grievance number 3597927.
Meesho promised to initiate payment in 2 days on 22.06.22 and case is disposed. As on date they have not initiated refund. I request you to help me to get refund.

I have received a letter from Meesho mentioning that we have won 750000 cash prize in a scratch and win lucky draw. The letter is received from Kolkata-:Meesho Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd. City Tower Complex, Sasthitala Lane, Atghara, New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal - 700052
The registered speed post letter saying that i've to contact the given number to redeem the bagged price and to pay the 4%tax in advance after making a call to the...

They send me garbage instead of dress and dont refund my money

I ordered dog harness from meesho and received a different product. There was a return of 7 days and tried putting a return pickup and Meesho denied saying the pincode is unservicable. They are not helping in any way no return pickup, no exchange and no refund no return pickup. They are not helping in any way. Kept a customer care call going on for 2 hours with the same sentence repeating that we are unable to provide return pickup as the pincode is not serviceable.

I had ordered the article, same day i filed fpr the return no one came to pick the product then again i called but did nit picked the article then again i alled then they told time for the return is over, now nothing can be done, really disappointing

I ordered a kurta set from ADRIKA FABULOUS WOMEN KURTA SET on 25th june 2022. Money was debited from my account but still the meesho app doesnt show the order placed. The payment was successfull through google pay but still the order is not placed. Please refund the amount ASAP.
