I have been using Meesho for online shopping since one month.
Recently my Meesho account was blocked without notifying me. I called their customer care support team and they just informed me that I cannot access my accounts or orders anymore.
I asked them the reason why my account has been blocked, and they said they cannot help me in any way in this regard.
MY ORDERS ARE PENDING AND I HAVE PREPAID FOR THEM, MY MONEY IS STUCK, AND THEY ARE NOT ISSUING REFUND. I am not able to return or exchange orders that I am unsatisfied with.
I have been writing emails and social media reviews since last 48 hours and no resolution has been provided.
