Meesho has blocked me and i also didnt received my refund

Prepaid Orders not delivered by Meesho Open

I have ordered an shirt from Meesho with prepaid, but after a i received 2 messages at time one with OTP and other saying my order has been delivered. But I didn't receive my order neither a call.

Then I contacted the Meesho help centre, there the person told they would resolve it but after that no response from them. So I Resolution Demand: Apology, Refund From them....

I have received a product from meesho on Jan 11 due to quality issue I was returned the item but due to large item the shipment was cancelled my pickup every time. I was raised a complaint regarding this issue through meesho customer service but they didn't solve my problem. Please help me with this.

I have placed 2 Plants of Rare Himalayan Rudraksha Plants and I got delivered one only. I am enclosing the bill that was raised for one only instead of 2. I have ordered a shirt which is delivered on 3 Feb but there is some size issue so I request for exchange. My product has picked up on 5th Feb. But they haven't send my exchanged product yet. The status is shows as my address is wrong so that they are unable to send it. But if my address is wrong then how they have send the product before and how the picked it up. My Meesho order scheduled for delivery on 5 February 2023 is not delivered to me. After complaining about the issue 4 times on Meesho customer support all they say is that we are not able to track your order either. They are not providing me with a refund as it was a prepaid order of Rs 389. I am extremely disappointed.

I recently placed an order on Meesho.com and opted for the prepaid mode of payment. meesho has delivered me wrong product which I haven't ordered the product's Order Number is[protected]_1 .I called in meesho helpline no. after that they had pick up the product but don't refund for this product.

That product is very darty, starting light working, after that light not working, today delivered, I kept return, they cancelled my return, again and again plz help me

This is the order we have delivered on 19th Jan 2024 and the agent name is Abhishek Kumar Singh phone number [protected] delivered this product and we make the payment on his upi Id by doing his request that meesho payment not working now and you can pay on my upi I'd.

The product fabric quality is poor so please cancel the order and refund my moneyÂ

This has happened like a several times with me again and again and it's so much frustating, they give us delivery verification codes but i don't know for what use it is there, when even by not giving it to anyone our item is showing as delivered, they always say that they have issued a complaint regarding this to their senior team, but never respond back, and even when we try to contact them back they say now the duration in which u could raise a complaint about your order is over now so we can't enquire about it anymore, i don't know what is their delivery system or anything, it is full of bugs and this is probably the last time i trusted this website and forsure i am never going to trust this site ever again.

I ordered a fancy lehega choli but when I received the parcel I got 2 saree instead of lehenga choli I want to return but they demand for lehenga choli when I also received fake product how could I give them real one but they are not taking return and not return my money back

I have placed three orders in meesho.
Received two products with damaged and poor quality delivered on 18th January 2024. I have return policy till 25. When I try to return/exchange it throws error . Not able to access the option. I called customer care Many times they didn't respond well and escalated to escalation team in mail.. they are not providing valid reason.

They didn't inform when they block the account. Now i want to return two product and one product is not delivered yet.. need refund for these.. please help me out

Meesho customer account has been blocked and unable to return the product
It shows that user verification has failed. They dont even inform you that your return percentage is high so we can block your account they directly do it without any prior notice.

I have right to return products. Even though it was sellers fault that they weren’t sending right products meesho blocked my a/c thrice (different numbers)

This is very unfair, to disallow the returns on the account

I have ordered a pair of fruit baskets from Meesho. After receiving the order at the address provided I noticed that a product was missing from the order I placed. After complaining they refunded me for one of the missing products.

I see that the one quantity out of the two that I received is damaged so I placed a return request. Surprisingly the pickup address especially the PINCODE automatically changed itself which was different from the PINCODE I provided.

As I was unable to change the address as it was automatically taking some other PINCODE for the pick up, I explained this to Meesho customer care. However, they refused to help me with the return and refund by saying that this was not possible and they couldn't help from their end and asked me to edit the address which I was unable to do because of the number of times I tried to change it and there was no use later as after some time my return limit was exhausted and was unable to initiate the return request.

The customer care didn't listen to me fully and hung up abruptly.

Sir maine meesho se woolen lower ke liye order kiya jo mujhe deliver hi gya tha usme size ki problem thi. mujhe length me nhi aaya, length me cpri type lag rha tha so maine 5 jan ko return ki request create ki thi jo aaj 11 jan ko return request cancel kr di gyi aaj tak pickup nhi ho paya .
