This morning dated:[protected], a delivery guy from ecom happend to deliver my order which we ordered from Meesho. The price of the product was 1769.00 rupees. The product which we received doesnt match with the photos and some pieces were missing aswell. Dear meesho team,

I have order two Kurtis from Aagyeyi pretty women kurta sets from JAI PURIA kurti company through the meesho. I have ordered on 20 September 2022.

But i received wrong products which was not ordered me (images are included with this mail) . I have initiated return pickup so many times but the pickup boy not yet came to my residence and cancelled my order return pickup.

I have ordered a laptop bag (HP Type) GP-10057 Free Size - 3
Nos. on 9th Aug 2022 and my order no. is[protected] and the value is Rs. 1842/-.

An order was mistakenly ordered and delivered.We accept our mistake. But the delivery boy showed the owner of the house who is respected old woman, a very bad behaviour and disrespect.this type of behaviour we didn't expect from him to a respected elder. I booked the jewellery set in meesho. Jewell set wroth Rs 2400.I received worng Jewell set. Meesho application is disable the return option. The suplier is fraud. Meesho customer care not care about this issue. I complaint again again but no used. I lost my amount. Meesho allow the fraud supplier. don't buy the product in meesho application. meesho is wrost customer care......

Meesho — Money debited from account but order not placed

On 24 September 2022 i placed order for 2 watches and 1 ethnic wear also paid in advance through paytm for that. However the money got debited but there is no order reflecting in order list. Need urgent attention over this issue. Kindly resolve or refund my money.

.I have a very bad experience as placed an order with COD option for one choker set rs 2278. But what we received is a totally different item (a cheap set) which we never even ordered and the delivery person charged the same amount Rs 2278. Later when I checked to return option, order was cancelled by suplier. The seller smartly sold the cheap product now I can't return it. I orderd a kurti, 1 sandal, and 2 kurta dupatta set, Total of rupees 1640/- on 23rd Sept 2022 and paid amount via Debit card and debited money from my account and also i got confirmation mail from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed, and I lost my money too.
I contacted the customer care but it may take too much time.
I need to get refund immediately....

This is to inform you that a Meesho delivery boy named by Mr. Hitesh Rajbongshi(Mobile No.:[protected]) is not returning the balance amount of Rs-113 to me on 21/9/2022. My order was[protected]_1. Also he delivered only 1 piece of my ordered item pack out of 3 piece. The delivered packet was broken and half open. My user ID is Sangita Das.

I order a product from meesho on 5th September. It was supposed to be delivered by 17th September. In the app it is still showing that the package will arrive on 17th. But I didn't receive any product on the mentioned date. The information has not been updated on the app as it is still showing expected delivery date as 17th....

During the return option two items with a refund amount Rs 1063/- is shown but after returning two items only amount Rs 531/-.is refunded.

So it is very hard to understand for a customer in such a condition as shown in the screenshot.

Now the situation is like a pickup boy or your backend team has just stolen my item with SubOrderID:[protected]_2.

Please verify and suggest.

I bought 3 products at Rs 1070 from Meesho but only got one. I returned the product but only got a refund for one product i. e Rs 356.67. I called customer service. They asked me to again file the complaint regarding the rest of the products and weren't sure if I will get a refund or not. I am a student. Please help me get a refund for my product. I had ordered kids spoon set and the delivery agent came to deliver it on 15, as I was not at the place I told him to deliver it the next day, he said ok the parcel will be with me itself just cal me when u come tomorrow I said ok, then he said I'll get an OTP for change of delivery date I said ok and gave him the OTP, later I called him several times but he is not receiving my calls and has updated that the parcel has been delivered...

My product got misplaced/ delivered on 11th of September but I didn't get the order. I was unaware of the product delivered status. So, when I tried to check the status of my product on 13th September. It was already delivered on 11th September. I filled complaint on 13th September 12pm to meesho. Meesho — Meesho refund not received inspite of sharing bank statement twice. Waiting for a month now to get refund

I have returned the product on 18th August for order#[protected].
However, I didn't receive the refund amount of 5895/-.
