Meesho — Meesho is not taking the return of my product though it was their mistake

I have ordered a pink product but they sent black and irrelevant product. I have called their customer care multiple time. They were so rude and saying the same thing again and again it as a quality issue eventhough, this is not a quality issue and the product itself which i received is totally different.

I have sent multiple emails too but, there is no response.
