Complaint Details:
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Meesho. I ordered a product (Order ID:[protected] which turned out to be defective and did not match the color shown on the app. I tried multiple times to raise a return request, but the app/system kept failing each time.
After continuous attempts and daily follow-ups for more than two weeks, the return was finally scheduled. However, the pickup got rejected due to a mistake by Meesho’s customer support team, who wrongly marked the pickup with QC (Quality Check) despite my clearly stating the product had quality issues and required Non-QC pickup.
What’s worse, I was already assured by one of their support executives that the return would be processed without QC, yet the mistake repeated again.
This kind of irresponsible behavior and lack of accountability from a large platform like Meesho is unacceptable. Despite repeated requests and evidence shared, they have not resolved the issue or processed my refund.
I am requesting intervention from consumer authorities to:
Ensure that the return is picked up with Non-QC.
Ensure that my full refund is processed immediately.
Meesho’s customer support has been completely inefficient and unhelpful throughout this process. This has caused mental harassment, time loss, and financial inconvenience.
I hope appropriate action is taken and the company is held accountable for such poor practices.
