Respected sir/madam,
I've ordered 2 ganesha idol& I paid 239/- for the same. but I'd received a small parcel on 17feb &the envelope saying it has 3 items in it. But when I opened it, I could see only 1 idol with 10 incense come. I got disappointed & placed return request on 18feb. They picked up the product & processed practical refund of 122/- so again I raised my concern to them on 19th Feb, they blindly again sent pickup boy for pickup, at that time I'd nothing to give them back so they themself cancelled the request. When I write email to them,
In first reply mail: they asked me to send email from registered email id, so I registered & replied back
In second reply mail: they said, I raised my concern only after 48 hrs, so cannot address it
As I mentioned earlier,
Product delivery date: 17feb
First return request/ complaint date: 18feb
For that, they pickup the product & processed practical refund
Second return request/complaint date: 19feb
For that, cancelled the request & given email id to mail
First email complaint date: 21feb early morning
For that, they asked me to get registered my email id
Second email complaint date: 22feb early morning
For that, they sent reply mail stating that cannot address it since it goes beyond their TAT time
And nowhere they mentioned about this 48 hrs TAT in their site/app, they clearly mentioned return/exchange can be done within 7days.
Please help to get my money back.
