I have ordered multiple items from Meesho and paid online.
There are two incidents happen with me in last one week.
1.Ordered pack of 4 panties from AHR creation in size XXXL worth Rs. 212 on 9th Aug 2023 and received the parcel on 10th Aug 2023, when I opened the parcel there was only 1 panty in that too of XL size then I raised the return request with correct reason that is missing quantity but when courier agent came for the pick up he refused to take it due to Meesho verification. I have called Meesho multiple times sometime thet say your order will be picked up and sometime they say we will not provide you any refund and all.
Thankfully I have recorded the unboxing of the parcel but they are still denying to accept that it's their mistake.
2. I have ordered a suit from Ankita Fashion Hub in Size XXL worth Rs. 775 on 9th Aug 2023 and received the parcel on 11th Aug 2023. When I opened it there was dirty torn dress which was smelling so bad again I raised the return request with correct reason that the product is completely different from the picture even wrong product.
Luckily I have recorded the unboxing of the parcel.
I have proof that Meesho is doing this scam with their customer and not accepting their mistake and also not refunding the amount. Also I have asked the courier agent about the incident he said "mam you are not the one this is happening with most of the people these days" Meesho is scamming with their customer.
