    I've ordered 3pcs kids tshirts of quantity 11 which is of 2, 431rs but after opening the packet there is only one quantity of 3pcs of kids tshirts, when i tried to return the product they are not accepting the product and saying like they have delivered me full quantity of products .
    This is the worst service by meesho i tried to take help of customer care number also but they are saying like it was updated as 11 quantity only but I've received only one quantity I'm not getting why the delivery boy has updated it as i received 11 quantity but i received only 1 quantity . This is not at all fair that I've paid 2k but received 200 worth products and not able to get my money back.

      They are not returning the product and they have delivered a totally different product.
      Still they are not returning and refuse to refund also. They are not ready to take the product back.

        They are not returning the product. They have sent me a totally different product and still not returning it and not refunding at all.
        All most their every product has an issue but this time they send completely different product and not returning it and not giving my refund.

          Meesho E Commerce Platform Is Playing With Sellers, The Sarees I Have Selled Being In The Capacity Of Seller I Have Received Back The Cut Pieces Of Clothes In Return.

          The Whole Mistake Is Of Pick-Up Person Who Have Not Checked The Goods At The Time Of Return.

            Completely wrong product delivered and now they wont take return

            I ordered golden wedges on 2nd July 2023 in size 3 and received the package on 4th july 2023 same day i placed return and refund because i received the wrong product. Order id[protected]. it was a pair of new black heels in size 7. a completely different product was delivered. The outer package invoice has the correct details but the inside package product is different. it was a prepaid order. i placed a return but the pickup was rejected...

I placed a return but the pickup was rejected saying it doesn't match the picture the pickup person has. My return was rejected twice, even though i genuinely received a wrong product, in the reasons of return i listed completely different product (Different size and design) delivered. I called meesho service center 5, 6 times to clarify they said that in their system it shows that correct product was delivered but correct product was not delivered to me. I received black heels. Meesho service is not providing e any resolution. They are believing the system over the customer. They are saying that return the correct product and refund or exchange will be done, but how can i return the correct product when i received the wrong product. They are not providing any resolution, i even told them i can send picture proof but won't except that the system info can be wrong they are not letting you talk to their supervisor they put you on hold and then cut the call i called many times, and they are not admitting their fault. My mistake as a customer was that i ordered prepaid and received a wrong product which is 4 sizes bigger than my feet and they wont return or refund when they sent me the wrong product. This is my last request to return and refund or exchange, since i am losing hope in meesho service and will be choosing other e commerce platform at least they have faith in customers and accommodate them to provide a response. Its a genuine mistake it can happen that a wrong pair of shoes was delivered, i understand that but now no one is responding to my calls or messages on the app.

              The product received is old and used and inspite of repeated complaints no delivery agent came to receive the return back.
              The help center is the worst they do not help at all and to make it even worst they disconnect the call when you ask for solution and they dont have any.

                    I had prepaid order of 10 pairs of curtains for my father. And I got unnecessary things along with a heavy piece of brick. And when complaint was done at customer care they registered the complaint as missing product instead of fraud. Take necessary Action.

                      I had ordered a red & white t-shirt from Meesho on 19/06/23 which was delivered in 23/06/23 (sub order Id[protected]_1). But a totally wrong product was delivered. On raising a return request, the pick up boy refused to accept the product because QC check fail. The calls to customer care was not very fruitful as some said that it is not possible to return the product. However, for the multiple return requests raised, the pick up person refused to accept the product.
                      I am facing this issue for the 2nd time while returning a product that has been wrongly delivered.
                      I don’t want to lose my hard earned money for no fault of mine.
                      Also, the customer care at Meesho are not ready to escalate to issue to higher level as well. It seems as if they are not at all interested in resolving the issues as I keep getting different reposes every time I call them.

                        I m seller on meesho. I sold 2 music bulb, but i received 1 music bulb with remote missing and second music bulb is broken and remote missing. I made video about return packet. But still my issue was not solved.

                          Account blocked without any appropriate reason

                          Meesho follows a trash policy of blocking account without any appropriate reason. My 1st account was blocked beacuse of multiple returns and today my 2nd account got blocked for having similar bank details and address. This is no reason for blocking any account. Please look into my ongoing transaction and find a way out to unblock accounts which have been blocked without any reason....

                              I ordered an yellow khadi saree priced Rs 2069 from Meesho (order I'd :[protected]_1). Instead they delivered a garbage item - a torn jeans pant on 23rd June 2023. I raised multiple return request but they are not picking the product up as well as not refunding the amount.
                              The customer care directly said they can't help.

                                I have lodged 4 complaints on 23rd june 2023 that my products was not delivered and marked as delivered on app. Details are as under :

                                Meesho executives assured me that i'll get resolution soon but their team and authorities are not providing any solution and resolution to my problem. Meesho's seniors are not even talking to consumers and put me on hold for 1 hour without any response.

                                It is causing me so much harassment.

                                I again request you to provide me resolution for the same.
