I tried placing order on Meesho App on 23rd Sept. I have paid amount of Rs. 5256 through SBI net banking. Money got debited from my account but order is not placed.
I have contacted Meesho customer care and explained the issue several times on email and on call. After many follow ups they said that "Order will definitly be placed if we receive money. As order is not placed, it means that we didn't receive money. So contact SBI net banking customer care and ask for the transaction confirmation".
Then I reached out to SBI customer care and raised the complaint explaining the whole issue. They checked from their end and informed that "Payment transaction is successful and settled on 23rd Sep itself and merchant also confirmed the same".
Then, I went back to Meesho help line center and explained the whole issue for about 15 executives. A new executive would lift the call when ever I tried contacting Meesho and everyone ask for complete issue. After explaining the issue, they either keep me on hold or transfer call to higher official but no one would connect and finally cut the call without resolving. They are not at all responding correctly. I said them that I can provide Transaction id and asked them to check but they didn't do that. I asked them to atleast connect with their higher official, even that is not done.
Not sure whom to connect and escalate on this issue. Meesho is such a worst customer service I've ever seen. No specific ticket system. No executive will respond correctly and no one try to resolve my issue.
