I ordered a kurta set on 3rd October 2022 Sub Order ID[protected]_1
I received a whole different product from what i ordered i received a men's pant which is used also not in good condition. I initiated return for the product with reason product mismatch. Their pickup boy visited my place and rejected to pick as product was different and asked me to call meesho help centre as they will support in this case. I have called to meesho customer executives partners none of them helped me with the solution. I just want my money back.

The issue has been resolved by meesho on 10th October. A pick up boy came and picked up the parcel i then received my refund.

    We are genuine seller and manufacturer of designer saree gowns etc. We sell on different plaforms but on meesho from last 20 days claims are not getting passed. They rejects all claims with same excuse "based on our records, we have noticed that the ratio of claims against your returns has been significantly higher. Due to this, we are unable to accept your request." They Dont have any other excuse. we have raised multiple seller support...

    I ordered a kurta set on 3rd October 2022 Sub Order ID[protected]_1
    I received a whole different product from what i ordered i received a men's pant which is used also not in good condition. When i initiated a return, they delivery partners don't accept the order saying you should raise a ticket to the meesho app first telling about the wrong product delivered then only we can return the product. I was like okay then i tried calling to the meesho customer care executive no one of them helped me with the solution. I just want my money back.

      I have ordered an curtain from meesho but received a bedsheet. I have called meesho team like 15 times., they are just reintiating the return but the return is rejected by courier partner 4 times. I just want my money back and return the product.

        Dear sir,

        I am a regular customer of meesho shopping, I ordered a stainless steel hangers with my special request to sir, the same type or similar product of the order was not given, I returned that product but it was rejected again and again, calling customer care Although this problem could not be solved, the product was delivered to me on 18 September, on the same date I returned it, but it rejected 3 times even after everything was correct, so I request you sir to solve this problem immediately।

          I have ordered a product worth 108 rs in meesho on 20th September and got message as delivered on 25th September but i didt getbthe parcel. Loged a complaint with meesho for refund and after several follow up they informed that refund cannot be processed. Request you to check snd do the needful.

              I have ordered a kurta set but I got a 4 pieces of waste net clothes stuffed in a cover. Immediately I applied for a a return but they are not taking any action.                   I ordered Laxmipati saree from meesho..but the quality of fabric was not good..so I returned to meesho..i placed multiple order but because of poor quality fabric i returned.. suddenly meesho blocked my account and my money is stuck.i m unable to place return request i called customer care executive but no response from meesho.i request to them so many time but no response they blocked my account without any intimation this is called cheating atleast they should inform on call or email or Msg that account is going to blocked..but because of this pathetic meesho service so many customers are facing problem problem

                    Two Completely different and wrong products were delivered to me. I raised return request for both the products. Executive picked up both the products, didn't gave any pick up slip. And now the message shown in app says that executive refused to pickup from customer door because of different product. Now I don't know where are those two products. Please return my money

                      I ordered 3 bags from Rabia Enterprises through meesho but, I received only 1bag and after applying for exchange with reason being missing of quantity when the exchanged product was delivered to me it was again having just one bag and then I was not allowed to apply for exchange because the product was delivered after 7days to me then I moved to help center but they are also not providing us with any resolution. Please help! If they took this long to deliver our product we r not someone who can perceive earlier that again the same thing will be done to us and then we will be cheated this way.

                        I have ordered a night dress from meesho order id[protected]_1 but instead of dress some other product got delivered to me on 1st October. I initiated return for the product with reason product mismatch. Their pickup boy visited my place and rejected to pick as product was different and asked me to call meesho help centre as they will support in this case. I have called to meesho customer executives to like 7 times now sharing same concern and till date my product has not yet picked up. Executives re initiate return from there side and after few hours I receive message for return cancellation. I have shared this concern with meesho team and I am not getting any resolution. I need my money back. Please help in resolving my problem.

                          I placed an order for 2 blue colour baby towels worth Rs 404 on 20 sept 2022. Order got delivered on 24 sept but the colour of both the towels was different. So i placed and exchange request on 24 sept. The product was picked up on 25 sept and the replacement was delivered on 2nd oct. But the replacement had one missing towel and also the other one was of grey colour. I complaint regarding the same to the customer support but they say we cant do the return of the order. order no[protected], AWB no. [protected].

                              I ordered a dress on 11 Sep'22 where i faced the size issue so i placed the exchange request. Instead of getting the same dress with the larger size i received completely different product so i had to opt for the return mentioning the same reason. Since that day the delivery executive came multiple times but never picked up the dress due to product mismatch.

                              Reached out to customer care multiple times, followed their instructions but it never helped. Few days back, they filed a complaint and shared the ticket number with me over the email assuring that my product will be picked up soon. Yesterday, 03rd Oct'22 i have received ab email in revert of that complaint that this is resolved and my product has been already picked up. But the product is still with me and courier partnership had cancelled the return.

                              Please look into this.

                              Nothing as such, i myself called in customer care again and enquired about my complaint. Then the product was picked up today 05th Oct'22. But they have wasted my 1 month due to all this chaos and it was mentally so much frustrated process. Time & money as well.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that my exchange order from Meesho has been shipped on 20th September 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered by 26th September…order Id:[protected]_1

                                    When I was tracking the shipment on the Meesho app it was not moving forward after 20th September…neither still it has not been delivered to me..The courier company is Shadowfax

                                    Due to the delay I spoke to Meesho customer care and also shadowfax

                                    Also dropped an email to shadowfax for which I received a call from Shadowfax and as per them the order has been returned back to the seller..

                                    I sent the screenshot of what shadowfax team has sent me to Meesho but they are saying it’s wrongly updated
                                    Does it take so long for the exchange order and there is no movement of tracking after 20th September…
                                    I’m highly disappointed with their service
                                    Shadowfax clearly mentions that it’s been returned to the seller then why Meesho ppl are giving wrong updates

                                    I want my refund back…I don’t want to wait anymore for this order
                                    Kindly refund my amount to the payment account….

                                    Kindly look into this concern…My lot of time has been wasted calling Meesho customer service…It’s their internal coordination which needs to be sorted…It’s not the customer who needs to keep calling them for the update.

                                    I just want my refund right now…I don’t want to wait longer now..
