[Resolved] Meesho — No refund/ Return for Wrong Products

I ordered a kurti set no[protected] &[protected] but received dirty clothes. When we connect to customer care they mentioned there is no return & exchange of the product. & not transferring calls to their seniors & we requesting again & again they just put our call on hold for a long period of time then disconnect the call. Mar 22, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I received product on 16th March'23 . Same day process for return because both products garbage cut pieces. Meesho process for return but the delivery person denied for pickup due to the product. I called to the Meesho they mentioned return & refund not possible in such case as per their policy. I mentioned by which police but they didn't provide me any information. When I tried to connect with their seniors they just put my call on hold for long period of time then disconnect the call. Till now there is no update
